Man’s thinking, potential, zeal, valor, zest and efforts are no less important. When these psychic credentials conjoin with his activities the latter assume greatness/glory and become akin to divine grandeur. Yet its limit and time span is well defined and there is also a measure of success. If the desire power of invisible progressive flow conjoins with it transformation takes place so swiftly that it can only be termed mind boggling. Tasks that previously took thousand years to fulfill now succeed in decades or even a few months. This invisible program manifests not accidentally but due to a special mission and inspiration. When storms arise, dust that kicks up takes along with it dirt accumulated for a great time span. Craters fill up and so much verve is noted in earth evening that it seems in a jiffy it will carry out this task. Sand dunes of deserts appear in one place but the next moment due to gusty winds could appear in far off regions. When clouds pour rains there is water and only water everywhere in plains. One does not know where dilapidated huts have been flung and withered trees get uprooted. Thus such strange things happen in moments which previously one had not even dreamt of.

 

On witnessing past history it seems that within traditions of centuries circumstances have been created for total transformation. India gave up the shackles of slavery spanning over thousands of years in a very short time. The rule of so called emperors was taken away and those who appeared slaves became the boss. There was the tradition of those who ruled and those who were ruled by them but today there is not even a wee bit of its sign existing. The corpse of a husband in the then days was burnt along with his living wives and mistresses but today all this is banned. The old form of untouchability has no takers today.

 

When the zest of science was in full throttle within 2 or 3 centuries rail, motors, ships, air planes, electricity etc showed its mettle in every corner of the globe. Satellites started rotating in interstellar space. Radio and television were mindboggling to the layman’s eyes. Rockets have become so swift that in a short time they reach one end of the earth to another. Robots proclaim that they are ready to replace human effort and computers are challenging the might of the human brain. Nuclear weapons menacingly tell us that this prosperous earth existing for billions of years can be pounded to dust in a second in such a way that even a speck of it will not exist in interstellar space. One but fails to get amazed at this speed of advancement.

 

This then was description of the past. If we note today’s times it becomes amply clear that the sacred possibilities of the 21^st century are showing greenery like grass and blooming petals. Despite people protesting sanctification of talent voluntarily as per needs of contemporary times yet like radiant flowers and leaves of spring season will place forth very naturally its grandeur. We just do not know who is controlling masterfully wickedness that oozes from every pore of our being along with greed. This is akin to a deft mahout bringing under control a very mad elephant. Everyone today is doubting despairingly whether stories related to Bhagirath, Saptarshi, Buddha, Shankar, Dayananda, Vivekananda, Gandhi, Vinoba etc will re-enact itself in the world. Yet one does not trust that the potential of era and hence world transformation will fizzle to naught. How can one ignore the resounding call given in all corners of the world by Mahakal? How can one forget the divine aura of Savita (sun) on the festive occasion of era consciousness? Not only is the potential of era manifestation akin to manifestation of heavenly River Ganges on earth mindboggling but that we cannot deny this fact of something depicted in the past not having the capacity to re-manifest itself in our midst.

Recently in India on May 1989 a decision was taken regarding giving Gram Panchayats special powers. In the initial days it was Gandhi’s dream that villages get independence. Although discussions and a few schemes were designed yet none had faith that so swiftly in 1989 such revolutionary changes in this realm will take place easily. Where does one see political change take place without bloodshed and agitation. Hence it was amazing that power was wrested from powerful people and with ease handed over to the poor class. This is very difficult for one and all to gulp. Hence if this becomes possible how can it be falsified?

 

It is difficult from the time and effort factor point of view for poor to gain authority. Although it is a fact that the weak, illiterate and Dalit class of Indian society got so much reservation that they became a majority yet none believed this could happen easily and swiftly. You may call it the flowering of human psyche or Mahakal’s resolve which although appears impossible becomes totally possible in the end.

 

After this flowering will actual transformation die down? None should think thus. Farsighted eyes can see that after this like clouds bursting cooperative movement will flourish and criminal and illegal activities will bite dust.

 

It has been said that agents eat up 94% of the produce and only 4% is given to consumers at low rates. On what basis can this obstruction be overcome? How can we wean away those who sip blood of the molars? The answer is only one-when economy will run on the basis of cooperatives akin to the rein on the horse’s mouth, noose in the nose of a camel and a chain that straightens an elephant how can that injustice exist which like an alligator devours progressive schemes.

 

Within political revolution on seeing the farsighted results of Panchayat Rule in India it can be called one without a second. Following this is the cooperative revolution which when fully manifest which will wrest wealth away from agents who slyly engulfed it never mind even if their existence is not full abolished.

 

In the realm of education adult education gets choked like a bone in the throat. How painful it is to see those ruling society remain illiterate. One cannot have faith that government wealth will make big plans especially at that time when those who should study have no liking for it. In future this problem will solved in such a way wherein those who are literate will be forced to educate at least one or two who are illiterate.

 

When on the one hand those who earn wealth by foul means are labeled criminals and shall be looked down upon and on the other hand those who work hard honestly are revered those criminals will definitely have to beat retreat since they do not contribute anything towards advancement and augmentation of society’s wealth. Generally arrogant, criminals and indolent people don such garbs to protect their skins.

 

When hard honest work will be encouraged and honored everywhere obviously dowry system, exorbitant/lavish spending and pomp shall be uprooted. At that time even senior citizens will try and work as per their capacity as a result of which not only will they stave off insults but that they will experience greater heath, joy and reverence from society since they will contribute towards productive tasks. Hence everywhere laggards and lazy people will be put in the extremely lowly class of society.

With its aid those problems will be solved in future which like destructive fearsome situations is roaring aloud. When this shall happen that garden will bloom forth wherein in future flowers of Brahmakamal will bloom and boon of Amarfal will manifest.

 

We must have faith that the new era is definitely going to manifest. We must remember that future times are going to get bound to a radiant future and those who insist on opposing it will fall flat on their faces.

THE FOUNT OF GROSS AND SUBTLE ENERGIES-SUPER MANTRA GAYATRI

Gayatri Super Energy after coming out of its source viz. divine Himalayas gets portioned into 2 streams. One is the wisdom stream and the other is the energy stream. Wisdom stream is called Ganga and energy stream is called Yamuna. They are also called Ida and Pingala.

 

Over and above wisdom energy is made use of. If we wish to drive a car we must first learn how to do so only then can we thin of driving it. If initially it self we start driving a car and later learn about its machine functions, an accident is bound to occur.

The high stature aspect of Gayatri Super Science is called Kundalini awakening. Over here Yoga practices predominate. In Yoga there is a Jnana aspect and a Vijnana aspect. The center of Jnana is Brahmarandhra of the brain and the center of Vijnana or energy is Mooladhar near the genitals. Ordinarily not only from the area standpoint but from the standpoint of state both are far apart. Generally action and knowledge do not combine. Hence because in our efforts there is a lack of intensity success eludes us. When both combine an intense energy flow manifests and success then becomes the name of the game.

 

The vital force or energy aspect of Gayatri Super Energy is Kundalini. At their root both are one. Electrical element is one. The positive and negative charges are merely its part. THE POTENT ENERGETIC PERSONALITY OF THE SUBTLE BODY

Majority of world humanity accept things, events etc only if they can be perceived by the 5 gross senses (ear, eye, nose, tongue, skin). Hence when they undergo miraculous incidences as mentioned previously they realize unfailingly that there exist those experiences which are beyond the limited ken of human imagination. Thus they too start accepting that within the deep cave of man’s soul lie potent powers which are albeit latent as of now and that they are subtly conjoined to the Divine Cosmic Consciousness called God by laymen. When those rare human beings contact this Cosmic Consciousness with the help of a sacred/focused psyche he/she starts manifesting Divine Powers that can be tangibly experienced by others. As mentioned previously when the Italian priest Ligadri awakened from his deep trance others present were simply wonderstruck! It goes without saying that the underlying principle of this inner conscious state cannot be explained on the basis of the scientific laws unearthed by great modern scientists at this point in time.

 

Today man executes various bodily and professional functions with the help of his ordinary gross conscious power. This is very much in the realm of the 5 gross sense organs. Beyond this gross state lies a subtle state of consciousness (subtle body) which is infinitely more powerful than our sense organ perception. With the help of the subtle body we can create apt situations and transformations in the subtle world. Just as the potency of the subtle world is infinitely more than that of the gross world so too is the case with their power and energy manifestation; meaning, that subtle powers are much more potent than gross powers. Not only are they as speedy as the movement of man’s thoughts but they help us pin point the unknown invisible world along with unknown invisible & subtle objects. The powers of the subtle body conjoined to the subtle world are so far known very barely. And yet the data based proof of these on unearthing show that they are no less miraculous. It further proves that within man’s psyche lies an infinite storehouse of Divine Powers/Potentials albeit in a latent state; meaning they need to be awakened.

 

Following is an incident that took place in Ireland. Over here lived a married couple called Butler. Almost daily Mrs. Butler saw a building in a vivid dream at night and it was surrounded by gardens all around. In this dream she would whirl around in the building. Not only was Mrs. Butler well versed with the external architecture of the building but she knew every nook and corner of its interiors too. Daily she would talk about this dream based building to her family and friends. Despite this her family etc would take all this as a big joke and topic of humor.

 

One day the Butlers had to leave for London. There they started looking for a good place for residing. While they were driving in their car Mrs. Butler was amazed to see one particular building. She told her husband: This is the very building I see in my dreams daily.

 

Now even her husband was rightly curious. He stopped the car. They enquired about this building and were later told that it is vacant and up for sale. Mrs. Butler opined: If we buy this house it will be great for our future.

 

The Butlers met an agent and told him about their interest in buying that building. The agent explained: It is best you do not buy that building. I will show you much better places of residence. See here are their details. Choose any one of them and we can seal the deal. But please do not go in for the building you just spoke of. This is because the building is visited by ghosts.

And yet for Mrs. Butler this particular building was very close to her soul. She insisted on buying that house. Hence the agent led her to the building’s landlord. But when the landlord saw her the he ran away crying aloud: Ghost! Ghost!

 

Since the agent was from the same city he knew the landlord very well. Hence the agent went to meet the landlord. There he saw the latter shivering with fright. All the family members of the landlord too had now gathered there. They had no clue as to what was the problem. The agent told him that the Butlers had come to buy the house. The agent explained that the Butlers were working in a particular company and that they certainly were not “ghosts”! Now the landlord spoke: We had to leave that house and come here. Of course! We preferred to reside in our previous house. The present house we had taken on rent only but we stay here because in the house we own appeared a female ghost who would whirl round and round frighteningly! My family members were scared merely on listening to her dance like loud foot steps. From afar they had seen this lady ghost barely a couple of times and felt that she was just aimlessly roaming around in our house. I personally tried to see this ghost clearly. Since I saw her again and again I am sure how this female ghost looks. I am sure it was your self Mrs. Butler! Initially I tried speaking to you because there was not much that could frighten me. No doubt I was dumbstruck as to how you entered my locked house at night. I thought of reprimanding you but whenever I said something it just did not register in your ears. It appeared as though you could not hear anything. Thus I became very scared. Henceforth whenever you reappeared we saw it as a sign of danger. Before you could (in your ghost form) attack us we thought it prudent to leave that house and live in this present rented one.

 

 

 

Mrs. Butler was simply amazed to hear all this! She said: I definitely saw your home in my dream and yet could not fathom the reason behind that dream vision. Now the fear in the landlord’s psyche disappeared but a new problem arose. He strongly felt that there was some mysterious connection between his house and Mrs. Butler. Hence he sold his house to Mrs. Butler charging a very minimal sum.

 

A similar event took place in the lives of 2 American citizens in 1963 A.D. One was called Tet and the other was Wilmut. They were travelling by ship. Midway in the ocean their ship had to face a deadly storm. The ship swayed perilously. Wilmut was fast asleep while Tet was seated.

 

Suddenly Tet was dumbstruck. Their cabin door was locked and yet he saw a female standing at the door wearing a gown. Tet saw in amazement that the lady was serene and a bit embarrassed. Hence he was not so scared enough to shout aloud. Tet silently gazed at this intruder.

 

Slowly this woman wearing a gown walked towards the sleeping Wilmut. She was a bit flustered with Tet’s presence. She passed a loving hand on Wilmut’s scalp and said something which Wilmut failed to hear. Suddenly she walked back to the door. From there she disappeared completely! Even now their cabin door was locked from inside. Tet stared at the door wide eyed in sheer wonderment.

As soon as that woman intruder vanished Wilmut got up from sleep looking a bit flustered. He had apparently seen a dream wherein his wife came to him. His dream wife lovingly placed her hand on his scalp and said something which Wilmut failed to understand. Immediately he woke up and saw Tet seated in the cabin. Tet described what had happened while Wilmut was dreaming. Wilmut exclaimed: This is exactly what I saw in my dream! Realizing that what Tet had actually seen was dreamt by him self, Wilmut said to him self: Definitely this incident has a deep import. It could be that my wife (far away from him) was ill.

 

Until Wilmut managed to reach home he was full of worry. As soon as he reached home he saw his wife attending to the daily chores very serenely. Later Wilmut spoke to his wife about that strange dream and incident which took place on the ship. His wife replied: On that very fateful night I heard news on the radio that a great storm was raging in the Atlantic Ocean. This set me worrying about your safety. All the while I thought about you and by and by I went to sleep. While dreaming I cannot decipher how but I entered a ship which was traveling midway in the ocean. In one cabin of the ship I saw you sleeping. In this cabin I saw one more person but he was awake unlike you who were sleeping. I was a bit apprehensive to see this other man. And yet I stood by your bedside and lovingly placed my hand on your head. I asked you about your well being. Immediately I woke up from my dream in our house. Now Wilmut was absolutely astounded because his wife’s dream, his own dream on the ship and the scene witnessed by his friend Tet on the ship were absolutely identical.

 

The above incidents definitely tell us that mere superficial curiosity is not enough. The need of the hour is to delve deep into its intricacies. Assuming that these incidences were the result of transport of thought waves we could label them under the category of ‘Telepathy’. And yet it is clear that the above events are much more subtle than telepathy. This is because in this case not only thoughts but the very inner personality/psyche of individuals had crossed all national borders so as to travel in mid ocean. Later like a ‘word-arrow’ it had returned too. Just as birds leave their nest for far off places and then return to it so too the psyche/personality too reached a far off place and an individual there. After the mission was completed the psyche left the ship to return to its far off home away from the Atlantic Ocean.

 

The above activity cannot be executed via the known principles of the gross material world and their methods. The physical body of Wilmut’s wife was very much in America and it was only her inner personality/psyche that had traveled to the ship sailing midway in the Atlantic Ocean. The same holds true for Mrs. Butler’s experience where her physical body was in one place and that her subtle psychic body traveled to a far off place. The gross body in one place and the subtle body traveling to a far off place were identical as far as their form and appearance were concerned. Thus it is crystal clear that the above incidences have to be attributed to the great potential of our subtle bodies and it in turn follows laws of the subtle world (Sookshma Jagat).

Thousands of years back great Indian Seers (Rishi/Munis) were well aware of this great divine potential (latent) in every human being’s soul. They have elucidated these divine potentials and energies in great detail. Further they have thrown light on how to activate these Divine Powers too. Of course those rare individuals who activate these powers relatively swiftly due to grace are not well documented and hence lesser known. A point to be noted is that these rare souls are generally unaware of how to utilize these Divine Powers for welfare of the world. As against these individuals an aspirant of Yoga who makes due spiritual efforts to activate these latent powers is much more capable of utilizing them for world welfare at will. This is because Yoga aspirants are very much in contact with subtle divine centers that manifest Divine Powers in man’s psyche sacred and focused psyche.

 

In Tantra Science (of Indian origin) spiritual practices pertaining to a “Chhaya-Purusha” (shadow man) has been described minutely. This “shadow man” is a subtle bodied living being and is part and parcel of every individual. When we activate this “shadow man” we are actually manifesting one more subtle body whom we can direct to act in a particular manner; meaning this “shadow man” on activation is always at our beck and call. It is like a living ghost and has Extra Sensory Potentials (ESP) like any ghost. A great Yogi has that excellent capacity of carrying out varying tasks simultaneously with the help of his/her activated subtle body. Without exception every world denizen possesses this all powerful subtle body and yet it remains latent because not all of have that giant capacity to activate it. Those exceptionally gifted individuals who manage to work hard in activating Divine Powers not only become masters of this “shadow man” but become knower of the divine laws of the subtle world too. In addition to all this their intellectual and sensitive/sentimental (Bhava) potentials of the mind too become limitless. No longer will their thinking be narrow-minded. Today latest modern scientific research too is slowly but surely proving the existence of a subtle body apart from the gross body made up of bones, flesh, blood etc. Right from the year 1963 A.D. Modern science has carried out successful research studies and experiments in this direction. A Western electron microscope specialist called Samyon Kirliyan with the help of his scientist wife Valentina invented a special photography technique. PHENOMENAL AND MIND BOGGLING IS THE SECRET SCIENCE OF SOLAR RAYS

 

The Yogi looking at the future spiritual heir in front of him with the viewpoint of a disciple said: with the help of nature and solar rays one class of objects can be converted to that of another class. In this manner Patanjali Yoga Sutras (aphorisms) viz. ‘jatyantaraparinamaha prakritya purat’ can be proved true. On inferring thus that possibly this student was skeptical about this statement he took a rose from his preceptorial seat in his hand and asked his student: Alright! Tell me. Can this flower change its species on its own? No, is that right? But via Solar Science its class can be changed. The student said: Then do change it to a flower called China rose. The yogi taking the flower in his left hand and with his right hand through the lens glass gathered the rays of the sun which had previously spread out on it. Slowly the rose flower disappeared and only its aura remained. And then in its place appeared a freshly grown China rose flower. That yogi well known as Paramhans Swami Vishudhanand through solar energy and his own spiritual power induced a change in the law of nature and thus transformed the very root nature of a visible object. He said to his disciple Gopinath Kaviraj: This entire world is based on the play of nature’s laws. This deep wisdom can be fathomed by a Yogi only and just as Patanjali has said ‘bhuvanam jnanam surye sanyamat’ (Yogadarshan, Vibhutipaad-26) right in ones own life and the sun after accumulating all the knowledge of the world can be obtained.

 

For Pandit Gopinath Kaviraj personally it was an amazing incident. Solar Science or Savita Study is said to be the basic pillar of Vedic worship methodology. Because Brunton’s mentality was that of curiosity, the Paramhans first gave him a handkerchief with various fragrances gathered through a medium of crystal quartz. On unveiling the curtain that lies on Solar Science Pandit Gopinath Kaviraj writes: this process is dependent on the knowledge of pure solar rays. Due to the unity and separation of its various types many types of matter are known to manifest. The mutually directed union of various rays is the secret of Solar Science. From this there can either be creation of the universe or its destruction. Hence it is of great importance to understand its process. He further elaborates that one should clearly understand the difference between the creating of the universe scientifically and that via Yogic power. According to him Yogic creating is the result of desire power or Iccha Shakti. The main materials required are the soul of the creator and his omnipotent soul force. Yoga creating is external illumination of the form present in the soul through ones strong will power or desire. Within the Savitri mode this according to Tantra parlance is separating of a drop.

 

Adi Shankaracharya says that the divine sport of the entire world is taking place within ones own soul. Just as the reflection of a city seen in a mirror, exists within the mirror itself and not apart from it, so too the reflected scenes rest in the illumined soul only and are not separate from it. A realized soul or Jnani looks at the world in this very form because in his vision there exists nothing apart from the soul. A Yogi’s scientific creation is that in which via the medium of quartz etc the basic materials of objects found in nature can be created or destroyed. According to the requirements in natural creation those qualities can be projected which the author or doer desires. That which we call a rose flower is surely a rose at the gross level but in it one finds all the basic materials of a lotus etc too. A lotus can thus be transmuted to a rose and vice versa. Not only a flower but which ever object we desire it can be created from a rose or any other object. Although the external appearance changes the rose does not turn into a void. It merely becomes non manifest or that it remains in seed form. The rose remained in a subtle form and the lotus manifested in its gross form. SUPER POWER YAJNAS AND THE SUPREME PATH OF WELL BEING

Both the wisdom and scientific aspects of Yajnas must be given due respect on an equal footing. In the scientific aspect is included rites and ritual in a methodical manner. When along with Vedic Mantra chanting Aahutis are offered to the Yajna fire the atmosphere is purified, our psyches exude great thoughts and human sentiments become sacred. The wisdom aspect of Yajnas is even more potent. In this scientific era people will accept Yajna Sciences only after due research proves it credible. And yet Yajna’s wisdom aspect is accepted by all without any doubt arising in the mind. Yajna Philosophy is imperatively required in world humanity’s life.

 

In the Bhagwad Geeta it is said that Prajapati with the help of Yajnas created this world. Thus it is clear that this world is Yajna manifest and that Mother Nature on its own is a Yajna. Yajna means sacrifice, renunciation, cooperation etc. As long as such thinking exists in an awakened manner in society no obstructions can come in the way of its all round advancement. By radiating these qualities via Yajna activities the wheel of selfishness can be shattered to naught and thus this world can see the advent of a bright future in this very century. Whatever we think is useful owned by us must be offered for world well being in a selfless manner. Its usage must be for everyone’s welfare. With the help of Yajna rituals this very sentiment is nurtured and nourished. The sentiment of ‘I’ and ‘mine’ breeds nothing but mental distortions. The scriptures proclaim that anyone uses objects he/she own selfishly is definitely committing a sin. The punishment of such sins is incurred by all of society.

 

This life is Yajna incarnate. It is said that Lord Rama, Ashwatthaamaa, Draupadi etc were born via Yajnas. From a sentimental standpoint we too were born from a Yajna. Lest our mother had harbored selfish emotions our existence in this world was well nigh impossible. For 9 months a mother nurtures the embryo in her womb with the help of her flesh, blood etc. The embryo grows for 9 months in this manner and only then all of us were born in this world. Later for the newborn, milk is provided to it that is made from the mother’s bodily blood. If the father had not cut down on his needs so as to nurture us we would not have advanced to youth. Sacrificing their comforts parents undergo many hardships to bring up their beloved children. If this is not sacrifice/renunciation then what is?

 

Our bodily creation too has Yajnas as its foundation. Every unit of our body along with its own security is nourishing and protecting all bodily organs. Although our hands work hard to earn money it does not use it only for itself. Food taken by the hand is transported to the mouth by it and not kept for itself. The mouth chews it and sends it to the food pipe. From there it enters the stomach where it is digested. The stomach does not keep any of the food items for its selfish use. The food juice is transported into the blood and the latter without keeping anything for itself transports this digested food to all organs of the body. Loads of blood resides in the heart yet the heart does not use any of it for its selfish usage. Even the muscles, nerves, brain etc work Yajna style. If the wheel of utilizing useful things for the welfare of other bodily organs stops rolling, know for sure the body will become ill and diseased and that death will stare hard at us.

 

Nature remains optimally balanced because of Yajnas. Nature at every step converts various objects into other forms of greater utility value. Ice is converted into river water. Rivers in turn quench the thirst of many people while moving forward ever moment. Water becomes steam and clouds under the hot sun rays. Clouds in turn shower entire earth with rain water and thus fulfill its requirements. This same cycle can be visualized in plant kingdom too.

 

This Yajna based sentimental cooperation must be established between human beings, animals and plants too. Wherever such activities exist there joy and peace will rule the roost. Wherever there is lack of such Yajna activities there material wealth too will give you hell like hardships.

 

In this world there are quite a few nations that ooze with material wealth and comforts. At the government level laws have been made wherein after using various materials for a short while they must then be destroyed. This is done so that the balance of optimum production of materials is maintained. And yet at the emotional level their citizens lack a sense of oneness of soul. Thus their lives are full of stress. The statistics of the number of insane people there is on an alarming rise. One third of their citizens do not get sleep at night without taking sedatives and other sleeping pills. The relationship between husband-wife, parent-child etc is full of distrust and hence is very superficial in nature. Every individual is full of suspicion about another person. Thus they are entering into a stage of dreadful tension and stress. There is tension amongst individuals, families, society and nations. Hence the question arises as to how this dire problem can be solved? How can one be liberated from it?

 

This task cannot be executed merely by augmenting material comforts. There was a time in history when people were not materially advanced and yet were at peace. This was despite lacking proper food, clothing and shelter. One cap, one shawl and other such frugal attire was used by the entire family in turns. Their bodies were strong like steel. Bang opposite to this today despite ‘swimming’ in material comforts we fight with each other. Many medicines are now not curing certain diseases which they previously did help overcome.

The above problem can definitely be solved by Spiritual Science. Gayatri and Yajna fully represent Spiritual Science. Yajna is a great teacher of living a spiritual life. Hence Agni (fire) is called Purohit or pries cum preceptor in Rig-Veda.

 

Rig-Veda manifested much before other Vedas did. Its first Mantra is: Agni meeday purohitam yajnasya deva ritwijum. In it fire is said to be Purohita and that the true Yajna doer becomes divine. Such a person’s psyche becomes an unlimited vault of jewels represented by sacred qualities.

 

Vedas and other scriptures eulogize Yajnas in every possible way. It is said to be a chief instrument of world welfare and God Realization too. It is not an overstatement if we call Vedic Religion as Yajna Religion because according to Vedas the detailed meaning of a Yajna as given in Rig-Veda (90/90/16) and Yajur-Veda (31/16) is (it includes all supreme actions that bestow soul welfare and that of the entire world at large):

“On the basis of Braahmana texts (Shatpath….3/7/3/10, Kausheetakee….2/8 etc.), Deva means those who via Yajnas worship Yajna i.e. Almighty God i.e. Yajnovaivishnoohu”. Within Yajna they reign supreme as far as worship of God, sacred congregationalism and charity is concerned. While performing worship rites of them honest scholarly people become super great men and reach that state of Moksha/divine liberation which Realized Saints attain.

 

In these Mantras the divine emotions of worship of the God of Yajnas is crystal clear. The reason why Yajnas are called ones supreme righteous duty is that it encompasses man respecting people greater than him self and dutiful nurturing of those younger than him self. Yajnas are also called Adhwara in many Vedic Mantras. According to Niruktakaar Yaaskaachaarya Adhwara means an action devoid of violence. A Vedic prayer which includes such actions says (Rig-Veda 6/19/19; Yajurveda 15/38; Saama Veda 111):

“We pray that this fire to which we have offered fragrant, disease destroying and nourishing materials bestow us welfare and eternal joy. We pray that our charity will give us well being and bliss eternal. We pray that our Yajna exuding non violence and good will to all bestow us welfare and eternal joy. We pray that our Yajna offerings bestow us welfare.” In this manner at many places in the Vedas the fact that Yajnas bestow well being is depicted. Further a prayer also says that may we never be separated from sacred Yajna activities, renunciation of selfishness and selfless service to the world.

 

In the Rig-Veda (10/57) and Atharva Veda (113/1/51) it is said:

“O Lord of Supreme Grandeur! We pray that we never stray away from that supreme path of righteousness. We pray that we never stray away from Yajna while imbibing the nectar of wisdom based devotion. We pray that we never let selfishness, desires, anger, avarice etc enter our psyche. With reference to never renouncing Yajna activities, is it not a great prayer? It is not only an indirect prayer but that prayer directly invoking blessings too can be found in many Mantras (Yajurveda 11/7). We pray that that Lord who creates and blesses us with supreme joy, peace and prosperity nourish our Yajna sentiments and divine love for the same. We pray that The Lord inspires the Yajmaan or Yajna host to walk in the direction of righteousness, wisdom, renunciation, grandeur, true fame and divine beauty. In The Yajurveda it is prayed that wherever Yajnas are executed may they bring joy to us along with supreme well being. According to the Vedas Yajnas not only overcome air/water pollution but that our wisdom, strength and intellect augment manifold.

 

In the Rig-Veda (commentary of the Mantra 1/13/2) it is said:

“When fragrant materials are offered to the Havan fire the Yajna purifies air and other objects along with protection of our body, plants etc. In this manner many nectarine juices too manifest and when the purified materials via Yajna are partaken by all living beings their wisdom, intellect and strength become very potent”.

 

In the Rig-Veda (1/13/5) it is said:

“Ghee (clarified butter) and other materials offered to Yajna fire, enters interstellar space and this in turn purifies water molecules present in the atmosphere. This purified water along with its fragrance covers all other objects and thus all living beings attain joy’.

 

In the Yajurveda (1/23) commentary (Bhaashya) regarding Yajnas it is written:

“Via Yajnas great children and joy pertaining to the body, speech and mind are attained optimally”.

In this manner according to Vedas Yajnas are sound mediums of manifesting world well being. How can we doubt its potential of world welfare when Yajnas are known to help attain strength, purification of the intellect and making it razor sharp and which congregates society to help the world attain material/spiritual advancement? Hence the Vedas proclaim aloud Rig-Veda (8/102/20):

“While lighting the Yajna fire if the mind and intellect too are conjoined to it and efforts are made to light up the Fire of Divine Wisdom in our soul our spiritual advancement gets a potent face lift”.

 

It is hence that Indian Divine Culture gives Yajnas a prime slot. The burning fire is looked upon as God manifest and the divine principle fire is said to be a Purohita or preceptor-priest. No doubt it does not preach using speech yet via its mode of working inspires us to follow suit. It is only when it becomes functional that the preceptor’s fulfillment and the disciple’s imbibing of this teaching attains fulfillment. We can understand Yajns fire the bestower of great teachings as follows:

1)     As long as fire continues to burn it remains hot and manifests light. We too must remain ‘hot’ throughout our lifespan i.e. remain active and not indolent. We must make intense efforts to augment our wisdom consciousness so as to render it widespread and all pervasive. We must perform such actions which inspire others to lead a life of divine light and that their activities gain more optimum momentum.

2)     The second characteristic of fire is that ‘its head is always held high’ i.e. it moves in the upward direction. No amount of pressure on fire’s ‘head’ can make it droop downwards. Thus our intellectual thinking too must reach high peaks of glory. Even if circumstances are very dire yet never think in a lowly and tainted manner. Never bow your head to illegality and criminal tendencies. Stand upright to uphold justice and thus aspire for heights of greatness. Always also inspire others by setting an example to uphold law and hence justice at all times.

3)     Even if impure materials are added to fire the latter renders them pure and taintless. Wood, ore or dirt on entering fire become fire itself. Thus even if tainted people contact you your personality should be so radiant that they will shed all their taints and become pious. We must imbibe the art of befriending those who are lost and in need of help. Never attract vile qualities of others in your psyche. Lord Shiva’s neck is ‘decorated’ with serpents coiling around it but never does the Lord imbibe their venom. In fact since these serpents are in close contact with the Lord they gradually shed their venom and become imbued with divine aura. On the holy day of Naagpanchami serpents are worshipped in the ancient land of India. Thus Lord Shiva’s contact has bestowed sacredness on the entire group of the snake species. Our endeavor of setting an example should be such that those who have strayed away from wholesome living are lured back into doing so.

4)     If any material is added to fire it does not keep any of it for its selfish usage. Instead fire gives it back to the world. Fire thus never hoards anything. We too must walk in the footsteps of our divine preceptor i.e. Fire God. Never harbor stinginess and never hoard wealth, materials etc. Our potentials and means must all the time be used for world well being.

5)     Fire’s ultimate form is ash. All of us should realize that ultimately we will die and will become nothing but dust. Hence never behave arrogantly/egoistically and refrain from incurring sins as a result of such unruly activities. Always keep the thought of death staring at you in the deep recesses of your psyche. Always remember that one day your life will definitely end and hence do not act in such an erroneous way which will make you repent for a long time to come.

 

These 5 precepts are more priceless than all the jewels of the world put together. Jewels after all are nothing but stones and we harbor fear lest someone robs them from us. But these 5 precepts are such that any Ritwija (Yajna doer) who imbibes them truly attains divinity. Further respect/honor associated with these great qualities along with cooperation too is theirs for keeps sake.

 

Yajna is called the manifest image of the formless Lord Almighty because unlike other demigods there is no past history wherein along with various qualities a distortion too exists. The stories attached to other demigods are such that a question arises in the mind i.e. if they are worth worshipping why along with their many qualities they possess a few flaws too? This problem can never be attributed to Fire God of Yajnas.

With reference to Yajna Fire the belief of divinity must be reinstated. We must believe it to be God incarnate/manifest. Thus the more Yajna attitude and Yajna based life is imbibed the more speedily can we visualize the advent of a New Era.

 

As long as in the past India lived a life of Yajna it oozed with both material and spiritual prosperity. At that time India inspired and gave the light of wisdom to world humanity via its sacred ideals. Today we must reawaken our sacred consciousness. But it is not possible merely via material Yajnas. To this we must imperatively conjoin Yajna Philosophy and Wisdom. Yajna inspirations must be imbibed wholeheartedly in the deep cave of the soul. Only then will our soul advance and further manifest the age old dream of world well being in an all round manner. With reference to this, scriptural scholars talk of Yajnas as follows:

“Yajna is that action which ultimately manifests world welfare”.

 

From the above observations the great import and all encompassing nature of Yajnas can be understood. It should never be looked upon as a narrow sectarian activity/ritual. The Lord has correctly said in the Rig-Veda that Yajna Fire truly is our Guru and guide. The Ritwij of a Yajna becomes divine and the Havan doer finds the same in the form of a vault of rare jewels. These are divine jewels of divine wealth which follows us in innumerable incarnations/rebirths that we undergo. They fill us up with so many divine glories (Vibhootees) that mankind realizes he/she is wealthier than Kubera (god of wealth) too.

 

  The process of imbibing a Yajna way of life is such that the confluence of material and spiritual wealth is a foregone conclusion.

THE NATURE OF SCIENTIFIC COOPERATIVE RESEARCH STUDIES AND ITS PROPAGATION

The headquarters of Brahmavarchas Research Institute is Haridwar (Uttaranchal, INDIA). Over here its mode of action is classified in 4 parts:

 

1)     SCRIPTURAL RESEARCH: A comparative study of all spiritual tenets declared so far will be analyzed. Within this all those aspects which will help augment world humanity’s sacred sentiments will be gathered separately. For this the literature content of our library is being replenished and added on a large scale. Further for teaching and education purposes other sources of literature and books are being tapped.

2)     SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH BASED EXPERIMENTATION: Within this section highly advanced apparatus and scientific technology has been set up. Experiments are conducted so as to find out which spiritual endeavor positively transforms ones outer and inner life. Yajnopathy is being scientifically tested in such a manner so as to present to the world, its most optimum and a wholesome form. As a result man’s bodily strength, psychic balance and the soul’s greatness will reach great pinnacles of success.

3)     COOPERATIVE ENDEAVOR BY WORLD SCIENTISTS AND THINKERS: In this section we will request great thinkers, philosophers and scientists of the world to take part in this research endeavor and thus help us come up with outstanding results. At the time of writing these lines (before 1991 A.D.) around 100 have already agreed to join our mission. Our target is to encourage at least 1000 such specialists to come to Haridwar for more or a short time span and contribute in this great research study. Further they could even guide us from their place of residence and gather required research material for us. Thus this section helps coordinate the research studies of all such people.

4)     PROPAGATION: In this section those who grace our research centre with their presence will be given due information about the goal and nature of our research studies. Those who are willing to contribute in their own way will be presented with literature in this subject. We will humbly guide them as to who will help by taking part in which aspect of our research endeavor.

 

 

These 4 sections and departments work in tandem with one another. Initially there were 20 resident research members. This number has increased by leaps and bounds over the years. In general all members are very capable and intelligent in their areas of research. Their lodging and boarding requirements are fulfilled by the Brahmavarchas Research Institute Those who are financially well off tend to take care of all their expenses. The rest are taken care of by the institute.

 

Keeping contemporary requirements in mind our research activities revolve around them. Of course transformational changes are made as per the need of the hour. When one task is finished another one replaces it immediately. Sometimes a particular task is made more widespread if we realize that it is important to study it more deeply. Visitors are amazed to see this research team creating an atmosphere of joy on the one hand and yet minutely researching into various topics in a focused selfless manner. A special characteristic of this scientific experimentation involves encouraging the youth wing of world humanity to take up this utmost important endeavor of improving human destiny in the 21^st century so as to make it radiant. We are trying to find out how far they will succeed in doing so. Our research efforts have their basis in Government Aid and those by the influential and wealthy class of society. Within this realm it is rare to find elsewhere a group of people who live traditionally like the saints and sages of yester years. This gigantic task is carried out with such zest and zeal that one fails to differentiate between a game and serious Yoga practices. In fact it becomes a topic of research by itself when one takes into account the individuals, means and research methods used at Brahmavarchas. A major conclusion that emanates from this is that even those who do not get cooperation from highly scholarly people or the wealthy class can yet achieve their goal of him self/her self attaining greatness and encouraging others to follow suit. The only condition to succeed thus rests in ones deep conviction and powerful resolve (Sankalpa Shakti).

 

Our research institute nestles at the feet of the mighty Himalayas, on the shores of the sacred River Ganges where the Saptarshis (7 Rishis) of the Vedic Age had performed intense penance for the welfare of world creatures. If you superficially compare it with grand buildings and structure of the world one can say ‘it is nothing great’. Despite this if one takes care to note the zest and zeal exuding from the members, walls, trees etc of the Brahmavarchas Research Institute one can conclude without doubt that it is not merely some inanimate organizational center but that every pore of its existence oozes with divine radiance/aura. This endeavor is being executed by great characters, supreme goals, sacred ideals and well directed programs. So far we have discussed the institute’s activities. Whatever is taking place in this institute can be called the center of focus and yet we certainly cannot say that what is happening now or that what will take place in future will remain of this size only. In fact our activities are widespread and doubtlessly they will keep expanding enormously in the days to come. It goes without saying the task taken up is gigantic wherein the viewpoint of billions of people on Earth needs to be changed and guided to higher peaks of human/divine glory. It can be compared if at all to interstellar space research conducted with the help of high tech space crafts. Space centers that launch satellites etc stay put in one place on Earth (like for example NASA) and yet its area of functioning revolves around studying the state of interstellar space and planetary etc movements. Only those great scientists attached to space stations know exactly the functional aspects of space research. They know very well how difficult their task is and the extent to which highly advanced technology is made use of. As a result laymen like us are simply wonderstruck to note the super intelligence, mental focus and alertness manifested by these great space scientists. Similarly the research area of Brahmavarchas Research Institute too is very gigantic and widespread. Hence it is least surprising that its activities span across the globe and in every nation on Earth. Thus the Brahmavarchas Research Institute should not be looked upon as a center in one tiny corner of India simply because its area of action is global and all pervasive.

 

No doubt chiefly the research activities of the Brahmavarchas Research Institute are centered in India and yet like the fragrance of a full bloomed flower it reaches every nook and corner of the world. The Era of Consciousness has thrown a challenge to great thinkers of the world. Atheism has taken over the intellect of the thinking class of the world. Thus they think narrowly and act very selfishly. Within this class albeit in minor forms the Rishi tradition yet does exist. Even a miniscule form of its help and influence the royal path of divine glory for world humanity will be thrown wide open for all to march ahead.

 

 The number of volunteers who are giving their precious time for our research studies is augmenting by leaps and bounds. We have requested them to come to Haridwar (Uttaranchal, India) as per their convenience and by staying here for a certain time span help us advance our scientific viewpoint and mode of research. We have requested them not to bring along with themselves their family and kids because everyone’s attention will be distracted. Our research institute does not have any arrangement for accompanying family members to reside. Thus only those who wish to focus all their attention on our project need come albeit alone and we request them to give us as much of their valuable time as possible. If they come simply for 2 or 3 days maybe they can give us some theoretical advice but it will be impossible to imbibe their practical knowledge in such a meager time span. Hence we request our revered research volunteers to come here only when they have enough time to one pointedly focus on our research projects. In this atmosphere of calmness and camaraderie a lot of give and take of high scientific principles can take place. Our research study is extremely useful for all world beings. On it basis a lot can be achieved both materially and spiritually.

 

Great thinkers, who because of a lot of prior commitments, cannot come to our institute are humbly requested to help our research study from their place of residence. The only condition is that they seriously focus on our research and contribute in a committed manner. They must look upon it as a sacred responsibility and like certain other routine chores spend a certain number of hours daily for our institute’s endeavor. The time volunteered for this great task should be well defined and adhered to implicitly and only then something tangible will come our way. On the other hand if the attitude is quite superficial and ‘frothy’ we will be fooling ourselves only and that nothing concrete by way of research will be attained. There are a few who for self aggrandizement call themselves ‘members’ of our research team without being committed to our cause or contributing anything significant. This in a nutshell is just vain mockery on their part and is like basking on wrested laurels. Hence we sincerely hope that only those who are accountable and committed to our cause join as members of our team. Only those who have a certain time span for committed research on a regular basis need join our sacred institute. Thus let us pray in all humility that only genuine responsible researchers will join our research team and those who cannot come to our Institute are requested to stay at their place of residence and give us their invaluable research inputs.

 

What kind of task will be given to which person based on his/her qualifications, credentials and the available circumstances? This question can be decided only when we all meet personally and discuss our research goals. And yet those who cannot come to Haridwar again and again can be given required assignments only after understanding the overall designing of our research endeavor. Members should first and foremost understand which subjects are currently being researched into avidly the world over. Thus they must search for libraries and other sources so as to avail all literature published up till now which will help our task in a big way. Of course they must concentrate on visiting gigantic libraries with latest broad based collections related to our research. We are not interested in libraries that predominate with fictitious novels, glossy magazines etc. We certainly have no illusions that such libraries can help us at all. Hence only nearby Colleges, Universities etc libraries can help us on a gigantic scale. Desirable literature of high standards can be found in good colleges and research institutes. There are many individuals who individually collect important literature for study purposes. Such people too could help us a great deal. Our research area is of a very high stature. Hence very little literature regarding it is available. It is futile to think that all literature required for our research will be found in one single place. Hence we all will have to visit various libraries, browse their collection deeply and sift through them so as to collect material most suited for our task at hand. Majority of the times mere title of the book cannot indicate to us whether our material is included in it. This is because the title maybe very chic and attractive but the contents within is absolutely superficial. There are so called writers who gather materials from various books and then try to sell it by giving it a chic title. Such rubbish in the name of literature is of no use to us. Hence we must not only read the title but sift through the pages of each book so as to collect matter suitable for our research activities. Where can we find material useful for the research studies in our institute? Which books and other forms of literature harbor the same? These questions will be answered by the members of our august research team. Their chief task is to enquire at various libraries etc and unearth useful literature.

 

If the material found in a book is short it can be hand written else if it is long only the gist need be noted down. This is the first and foremost task required to be taken up. As and when this is gathered one copy should be kept by the researcher and another copy must be sent to Haridwar i.e. Brahmavarchas Research Institute.

Before studying, finding books and making notes members should fisrt contact Haridwar else ones efforts may go in vain. Suppose one member in a particular place has taken down all required notes in an exhaustive manner and another member not knowing this collects the same material painstakingly know for sure that the latter’s precious efforts will go waste. To overcome this problem all research team members should individually first contact Haridwar before commencing any task. Haridwar will direct each one as to what is his/her appointed task. Only then should they commence work. If one topic is covered in different places it will give us information regarding that topic in totality. Thus it is very important to be in touch with our HQ at Haridwar.

 

In the preliminary stage 4 main topics have been taken up by us. And yet the branches and sub branches of each of these are many. In this manner although one is researching into a main subject yet it is classified into many sub topics. The more we minutely and deeply study each subject the more we will unearth extremely important information. It collection will doubtlessly be all encompassing. Thus from these 4 main branches each sub branch amongst many must be minutely researched into. Another way would involve studying many sub branches together if a particular sub branch is not giving much information. Thus some information of every sub branch can give us some insight into the main subject. Under such circumstances it becomes that much more necessary to keep in touch with our HQ. This is because keeping aside libraries of Universities those who can avail material only from small libraries will have to conduct research on many topics simultaneously. Under such circumstances a problematic situation may occur wherein many members from various regions will study one single topic and take down identical information which would be a waste of their precious time and energy. Hence we request every member to keep in touch with our HQ and submit information gathered by them over a certain time span. Thus his/her effort will not go in vain. Always make sure that you are not covering a topic already covered by someone else. And it can be done only by constantly keeping in touch with our HQ at Brahmavarchas Research Institute (Haridwar, Uttaranchal, India).

 

Our research members will generally be graduates, post graduates etc. They will be given research topics for studies based on their expertise in a particular topic. It is obvious that if a person has graduated in a particular subject he/she will be more comfortable with that topic for research studies. Only literature is one field which does not generally require specialization in a particular subject. This is because it encompasses general knowledge. Hence graduates in literature can take up any topic. This is of course related to non technical general subjects. Thus an M.A. in Literature can enter into a very widespread area of research studies. Despite this because they are not specialists of any particular subject they cannot delve very deep into their research studies.

 

Whatever has been noted down every month should be handed over to our HQ at Haridwar on the first day of the following month i.e. February notes should be handed over on March 1^st etc. This is because when various notes are analyzed we know where there is room for improvement. If on the other hand a member collects a lot of material for a very long time span a problem can occur wherein if there is an error it will not be taken care of. Instead unknowingly the error will expand further and the member’s precious time will go in vain.

 

One more task required to be taken up by our research members is to search for deep thinkers who are naturally inclined towards research studies. No doubt, there are many well known thinkers but only a few are profound scholars in their fields. There exists a class of people who are good at dry arguments and are labeled as ‘great philosophers’. And yet when it comes to profound thinking on a particular subject they fail miserably. It is easy to flaunt ones superficial ‘intelligence’ but it is a totally different story when it comes to manifesting deep wisdom in ones area of study. Hence it is not necessary to contact superficial so called thinkers. Instead it is imperative that we humbly search for wise profound thinkers of various fields. Such thinkers are constantly reading old and new literature. They are all the time finding out where wholesome activities are being executed and what their method is. Even if such profound thinkers do not have the time to join our research directly we can always request them to advise us as and when it is possible for them to do so. Their advice will be an invaluable contribution for helping us achieve our research target.

There are many indigenous and foreign research based collections in all Universities. Some of these are not allowed for borrowing and that one has to sit there itself for reading purposes. These collections contain some very important findings and hence we must never ignore them. They will be extremely useful for our research endeavor. The responsibility of such studies will have to be taken up by those living near by such Universities.

 

Many people subscribe to magazines and journals which publish materials related to their field of study. Later these magazines etc collect dust or are sold off at very meager prices. Hence research members are requested to gather such magazines etc and send them to Haridwar. Many a times very minor aspects of a subject when conjoined to some very useful research becomes very influential. Thus wherever one finds literature in which ever form especially that not used by anyone should be sent to Haridwar. Even if one gets the gist of a very expansive subject it would prove very beneficial for our research endeavor.

 

Every research member should try and encourage more and more research experts to join our team. Of course the condition is that they must be well versed and deep thinkers of their fields of study. From the standpoint of school education it is not just enough that members are mere graduates, post graduates etc. This is because they no doubt ‘mug’ up their subjects and pass with flying colors but when it comes to deep thinking and research they fail miserably. Thus we will not benefit at all by such superficial ‘scholars’. Their efforts go in vain because of lack of subtle skills and thus it could endanger our research endeavor. Thus we must refrain from amassing ‘headaches’ and instead search for true wise and deep thinkers of various fields. We must personally come in touch with them and humbly request them to help our glorious cause. The more our research members are brilliant and wise thinkers greater is our chance to attain our goal. Hence our contemporary members must remain very alert in this direction.

THE DIVINE CONTROLLER/DIRECTOR OF THE ‘SAT’ (EXISTENCE) PRINCIPLE

 

One gets proof of the world’s management executed by the cosmic controller from life’s manifestation. This world is managed in such a way that all our daily life’s requirements are easily available so as to fulfill them. Without oxygen living beings cannot survive even for a few seconds and hence there is an abundance of air available in this world. After that water is most required by all and this too with a little effort can be obtained by one and all. The third requirement is food and hence for animals, birds etc there are fruits, leaves etc. Man being intelligent works hard to earn money and cooks food from raw materials available. Apart from this other requirements are fulfilled by hard work. Thus without a cosmic director (God) how can these arrangements of food, air etc be made on such a gigantic scale? 

 

It is because of certain cosmic principles accepted by everyone that not only living beings co-exist but that the creator too has to follow the laws designed by him. Lest a fetus be left out in the open for growth it would be killed in a moment and hence a fetus lives for 9 months in its mother’s womb which provides the unborn one all required materials and an apt environment for growth. Hence does this not prove that an invisible cosmic intelligence is at work? A fetus in a womb is akin to a prisoner in jail since it has no direct contact with the external world. And yet all requirements like food, air, water etc are supplied to it in this ‘jail’ i.e. the womb. Moreover as soon as the child is born arrangements for its food have been made ready in the form of its mother’s breast-milk. There is an ocean of compassion at work which gives an environment of love and affection to the new born babe who is weak and helpless. In this manner a living being starts maturing into an adult. Yet it is amazing that this adult who has become mature and independent simply because of help from friends, family, society etc not only does not gratefully give back to the world its due but questions the very existence of Almighty God who is ultimately the beloved father of all beings?

 

Despite all this our compassionate father (Almighty God) enters into the youth of the child so as to fulfill its desire of siring children. God like a divine match maker unites males in females by getting them married (Are not marriages made in heaven?) and thus they fulfill each other emotionally. Further out of sheer compassion the Lord has given all creatures an inherent strength to combat diseases (immunity in our blood). He has given our eyes to see objects, ears to hear sound and a brilliant intellect that can make apt decisions. Our brain has been designed with such precision that none can dare say that he/she can design a better one. We can definitely infer that a master intellect is at work when we see the retina in our eyes, ear drums in our ear, kidneys that evict dirt from our body, heart that purifies our blood and legs that help us move from one place to another. No doctor or engineer of today’s advanced world can say that he/she can out perform God’s divine brain. God is a master of all type of skills like art, engineering, medical etc. Thus when we arrogantly challenge and say, where is God? We are not only being ungrateful but that we are opening the gates of our material and spiritual downfall.

 

Even the above examples do not fully give proof of God’s omniscient and omnipotent nature. We should not forget that God has ‘put’ heat into fire and atoms in matter. Like rays in the sun God himself is seated in our hearts and eggs us on to progress both materially and spiritually. When man is about to err or sin God gives a warning signal in his conscience. But man arrogantly ignores this warning which later plagues his life with diseases, poverty, spiritual bankruptcy etc. Despite this man’s desires never get satiated and hence he is born again and again as a human being, animal, bird etc for eons put together so as to reach the shores of fulfillment. Over here it is important to note that whether man re-incarnates as an animal, bacteria etc God is always by its creatures side albeit subtly in order to shower his divine compassion. At every stage God inspires us to give up vile and unwholesome qualities and instead aim for soul purification so as to attain salvation or Mukti. This salvation is nothing but attainment of eternal, infinite bliss of the soul. Despite this man turns a blind eye to the presence of divinity in his soul and thus remains discontented and unfulfilled. Man’s precious life is wasted due to his blind rush for fleeting material pleasures under the influence of Maya or spiritual ignorance.

 

But not every scientist challenges the existence of a divine controller of this material world. According to Herbert Spencer God is a cosmic super power which controls all world activities and movements. God is a controller of this world just like the head of a family, chief of a village, district collector, Governor of a state etc. All of us follow the laws of our country because we fear punishment if we fail to do so. We also are fearful of not executing ethics in our daily transactions despite the fact that we are given full authority to execute them or not execute them. This is proof of the fact that a subtle supreme power is controlling this material world and directing its movements very wisely. The fact that only an ethical individual with sound human/spiritual values can be totally fearless proves that God loves his creatures and is an impartial judge too.

 

The great philosopher Kant while throwing more light on Spencer’s observations says: Our acceptance of ethical values and laws are a direct proof of God’s existence and that God is nothing but an omnipotent form of ethics, values and sacred ideals. Even the most wicked person in the world is ethical in some minute area of his life viz. love for his child etc. They have affection for their near and dear ones and carry out their duty perfectly despite the fact that they execute criminal acts to earn their bread. The fact that our conscience always inspires us to live ethically shows that the world and its denizens exist only for the sake of these great values. The world is created, propagated and nourished with the food of spiritual values. Hence it is apt to say that God’s essential nature and form is ethics, values and sacred ideals.

 

Hebrew scripture says God is ‘Jenovah’ which means he who eternally gives us truth based values. Philosopher Plato calls it ‘thoughts of goodness’. Every creature of this world including bacteria, germs etc desire goodness. Goodness of heart gives you true bliss and fulfillment on an eternal basis. A pure heart gives us beauty of the body and self control. It spreads honesty, fairness, humility and integrity in all corners of the world. A focused and sacred psyche spreads the feeling of world unity and brotherhood so as to achieve the sacred goal of “A BEAUTIFUL BORDERLESS WORLD”. Such a grand world can never lack in the 3 basic necessities of life viz. food, clothing and shelter. Thus God is that imperishable seed of goodness which is divinely glorious and dear to our eyes.

Man is not only the rightful heir of Almighty God but is a royal prince too. The individual soul is a part and parcel of the cosmic soul whom laymen call God. This royal prince (man) has all the qualities of his royal father (God) albeit in seed form. A small spark of a gigantic inferno has the same qualities of the inferno from where it emanated. Despite this it is very clear that man lives a very demeaned life today i.e. despite possessing divine qualities he lives a downfallen life. Why is this so? The Lord is Sat (eternal existence) but we human beings (God’s heir) undergo the vicious cycle of birth and death. God is Chit (divine light) and human beings swim in this terrible ocean of spiritual darkness/ignorance. God our Holy Father is divine bliss manifest and we wallow in the ocean of sorrow and pain. Hence a serious question arises in the mind of a deeply thinking person: Why this anomaly? God (King of this cosmos) sent his prince (mankind) in this world so as to live life royally and look upon it as a divine sport (Lila). And yet the bare reality is that man today is living a life of hell and strife. The little joy that he gets is transient and sure enough after a short time span hardships and anguish rule the roost. Why is it that that eternal (divine) bliss eludes mankind and thus forces him to wallow in pain and agony?

 

Fire by its very nature is full of heat and light. When this blazing fire slowly gets doused its upper region gets covered with a thick layer of ash. Thus the 2 qualities of fire viz. heat and light get covered by ash and cannot be seen or experienced by us. Fire covered by ash will not emit much heat nor light and lies listlessly. The burning fire full of brilliance can be demeaned to a lowly and useless state by a thick layer of as that covers its potential light and heat. Now suppose this thick layer of ash is removed totally the fire lying underneath will blaze forth terrifically and will also manifest its heat and light qualities fully.

Almighty God is Sat-Chit-Ananda or Existence-Consciousness-Bliss in nature. Hence his princely heir i.e. mankind too should be eternal bliss in nature. While living a life of divine sport (Lila) man should experience bliss and only bliss in this heavenly garden called world. And yet this divine bliss has been totally veiled by a lowly and vile intellect. A lowly intellect breeds nothing but strife and sorrow in life. Just as mentioned above when ash covers a blazing fire’s quality of heat and light so too a vile and tainted intellect covers man’s true nature which is eternal bliss oozing with divinity. It is a lowly intellect that perforce induces man to live a hell like life akin to penal servitude.

 

A tainted intellect is also called Maya, spiritual blindness/ignorance, demonic nature, Avidya etc. The thicker this veil of taints in our intellect and psyche greater are the hardships and dire situations faced by that individual. The more ones physical body is covered by a cake of filth the more one will feel itchy and emit a foul stench. If this dirt is reduced the itchiness and foul smell too will reduce correspondingly. If the body is devoid of dirt and filth it will remain in good health and less disease prone. But the more this filth attacks our body and settles on it the more one is prone to diseases that maybe fatalistic too. A tainted intellect and psyche can be compared to filth settling on the physical body. It induces unwholesome characteristics like fear, restlessness, agitation, stress, worry etc in our inner personality.

 

Today the world over, people are full of stress and tension. Some are unhappy because of illnesses, some face marital anguish, some are childless, some face business losses, some do not get job promotions, some are apprehensive of failure, some face false court cases, some fear their enemy, some face struggle due to injustice, some face disloyalty in friendship, some fear dowry problems, some are painfully separated from their dear ones etc. Thus as Lord Budha had declared: Everywhere there is sorrow and pain. Even our religious, financial, social, political and international aspects of life are full of tension and misery. Assuming that a person is more mentally alert even then at some point in time the widespread taints and misdeeds of others influence his psyche and thus his peace is destroyed. Thus his goal of attaining bliss remains unfulfilled.

 

Sorrow may be individual or at a macro level; their roots lie in a tainted intellect and psyche. Today this material world is so full of sense pleasures and comforts that it logically seems our entire lives should be full of joy and nothing but joy. Man possesses a priceless body, mind and intellect which logically should extract a lot of joy from these sense pleasures. In fact a gross viewpoint tells us that this joy should exceed even that present in heaven. And yet the bare reality experienced by world humanity says that everyone is in agony for some reason or the other, life seems dry and meaningless in the long run and virtually everyone experiences life to be burdensome and hence wait listlessly for death to take over. Our minds are bombarded with worry, tension, fears of future, taints and agitation. Is this not very similar to the description of hell described in ancient mythology like Puranas etc?

 

In reality this world indeed is beautiful and there is not an iota of ugliness in it. This world is a play ground of divine sports (Lilas) and has no place for worry, fear, tension etc. This precious human life is actually an eternal fount of the bliss of nectar and has no place for sorrow or anguish. “Swargaadapi gareeyasee”-this world is even more nectarine than heavenly pleasures because all those principles are present that pave the way for manifesting zest in our minds and hence daily lives. This rare and precious human body has been designed in such a manner that if it touches anything that object becomes beautiful and radiant. The Lord’s prince (humans) enters this world to revel in divine sports. He has been given a chariot called this rare body, servants in the form of sense organs and a minister in the form of an intellect so that he revels in this beautiful garden called the world. This prince is meant to taste and touch the nectarine beauty of this world. And yet if man is not experiencing nectar in this world it his vile and tainted intellect that is totally responsible for the pain and agony of worldly life faced by him.

Good health both mental and physical is our very true nature whereas mental and physical illness is not our nature. This is because physical and mental strife is the result of our own erroneous thinking and living. Birds and animals that live their lives in accordance with nature’s laws made for them do not fall sick day in and day out. Majority of the times they experience a fit and healthy body. In this manner at the mental level too we actually invite tension, agitation and turmoil simply because we harbor taints like lust, greed, avarice, criminal leanings, unethical thoughts etc in our psyche. Our psyche adheres to the law of “ALL OR NONE RESPONSE”. It means either our mind harbors wholesome thoughts or insists on foolishly thinking in an undesirable manner. In short both unwholesome and wholesome qualities cannot exist together. Thus it is for each individual to decide whether he/she wishes to nurture sacredness or lowliness in their minds and intellects. A vile intellect breeds sorrow and strife in abundance and a sacred mind, oozes with bliss and serenity that is devoid of even an iota of tension.

Gayatri verily is synonymous with a sacred intellect. In this Super Mantra a devotee prays to God for attaining a taintless and pure intellect. A person wearing spectacles with green colored lens will see all external objects as green. If the color used is yellow everything appears yellow. Similarly if we wear the spectacles of a vile intellect external circumstances will appear sorrowful and dire whereas these same circumstances will appear joyful for the one wearing spectacles of a sacred intellect. When a person’s brain experiences dizziness he/she visualizes external objects (house, trees, roads etc) as though they too are revolving when in reality they are not. A fearful man will ‘see’ ghosts while traveling in a dark alley where there are none in actuality. Know for sure that if our mind is tainted merely rectifying external situations will not diminish your woes. It is only when the psyche is cleansed and made focused that external situations, however dire will not destroy your inner serenity and mental balance. If a person wears yellow tinted sunglasses and wants to see external objects other than yellow in color you may keep changing external objects but they will continue to appear yellow in color. Some illnesses render a bitter taste in the patient’s taste buds and hence even if you give him delicious cakes, pizzas, mouth watering fruits etc he/she will get only a bitter taste. If a tainted intellect has induced lowly and unwholesome thinking in ones psyche it does not matter whether you live in palatial homes or for that matter heaven too, one will experience sorrow and nothing but sorrow even in such exotic surroundings.

 

Thus the chief task of Gayatri Super Mantra is to destroy ones taints present in the intellect and mind. A true Gayatri devotee is one who makes a firm resolve (Sankalpa) to overcome his inner taints and replace them with sacred qualities like love, compassion, integrity, values, ideals etc. Such devotion to Gayatri reaps success both materially and spiritually with greater ease and speed. Anyone who lays stress on imbibing purity of mind and intellect prospers both materially and spiritually. Thus infinite eternal bliss is at such a person’s beck and call for eternity.

SUPER POWERS MANDAKINI AND AJAPA

MANDAKINI

The visible Ganges river and the invisible Gayatri are similar. One stream of Gayatri is called Mandakini. Bathing in the Ganges purifies us and our sins are destroyed. Gayatri purifies our psyche. We can ward off our mental taints and distortions like greed, avarice, envy etc. Ganges and Gayatri were born on the same day. Both of them are the gross and subtle symbols of one goal.

 

Due to Bhagiratha’s penance, Ganges manifested on earth. Brahmaji too had to make gigantic efforts for the manifestation of Gayatri.  In order to attain Gayatri’s grace in this human life, one needs to execute intense austerities.  Gayatri’s seer is Rishi Vishwamitra. Via penance he attained this glorious state.  Vishwamitra had given the responsibility of manifesting Gayatri in the hands of Lord Rama and Lakshmana. Vishwamitra taught them certain Spiritual Sciences and thus both brothers became powerful.  This science called Bala and Atibala are other names of Gayatri and Savita.

 

The river Ganges purifies our body and Gayatri our soul.  Ganges sanctifies the dead and Gayatri those who are alive.  Ganga washes off our sins and Gayatri destroys our very intention of sinning.  The shores of the Ganges is very conducive for Gayatri Meditation and worship.  Their confluence is as meritorious as the confluence of the rivers Ganges and Yamuna. The Saptarshis (7 Rishis) had chosen the shore of Ganges so as to attain spiritual power via Gayatri Meditation. Thus one hand of Gayatri has a water pot that contains Ganges water that is like immortal nectar. Those individuals who wish to perform high leveled Gayatri Meditation generally opt for the shores of the river Ganges.

In great stories of various saints there is a description Saint Raidas and the river Ganges. Anasuya had manifested the river Mandakini near Chitrakuta (U. P., India). Gayatri worship helps one’s psyche attain the purity of holy rivers. As a result purity or divine intellect manifest.

 

Amongst many streams of Gayatri, one of them is Mandakini. When one seeks its shelter one’s sins are destroyed and thus purity of thought, word and deed manifests.

 

AJAPA

 

 

A state is attained due to Gayatri spiritual practices wherein a give and take relationship between the individual soul and cosmic soul (God) is established. This divine union gives us untold benefits. This state is called Ajapa.

 

Ajapa Gayatri involves various spiritual practices, one of which is called Yoga of Hansa. Gayatri’s vehicle is Hansa (swan). Yoga of Hansa involves chanting of “So Ham” i.e. I am That (God). The word Gayatri means protection of our vital force, “Gay” means vital force and “Tri” means protector. Via Pranayam (Yogic breathing exercises) a special vital force manifests. Gayatri spiritual practices include 24 Pranayamas. Amongst them “Soham” spiritual practices were given more importance. This Soham’s vital force continues working on its own ceaselessly. In ordinary beings will power, thought power and bodily tasks are executed. In Soham, all these tasks are carried out by the soul. There is hence no need of the body and mind.

 

When we inhale air a “So” type of sound manifests. When we exhale air “Ham” sound manifest. Of course! All these sounds are very soft and subtle. Our gross ears cannot grasp this sound. In fact it can only be heard when one is in deep meditation. When a quiet mind is focused, the inhaled air makes the sound “So” and the exhaled air makes the sound “Ham”. On hearing Lord Krishna’s holy flute, Gopies experienced divine ecstasy. Similarly when a spiritual seeker hears the “Soham” sound in deep meditation, he experiences divine bliss.

 

Various scriptures have described Brahmanaad (divine sound). A superficial description of it says that Yoga of sound is listening to spiritual discourses along with a devotional psyche. As against this in higher stages of spiritual practices, hearing of “Soham” is the ultimate goal of one’s spiritual practices. Great Yogis call it Anahat.

Gayatri has fundamentally manifested from Omkar (Om). It then expanded into the 24 letters of Gayatri. Thus the seed of divine sound is “Soham”. While  performing Yoga of Divine Sound practices one hears subtle sounds like a bell, thundering of clouds, flute, drums etc. These divine sounds manifest from the very deep recesses of Mother Nature. When one attains the capacity to hear these divine sounds, all its mysteries unfold. A spiritual seeker attains subtle wisdom with the help of which he understands the movements of the gross and subtle worlds.

 

Ordinary spiritual practices are carried out with the help of the body and mind. As against this Ajapa Gayatri practices are related to the soul. Thus one’s spiritual practices continue on their own. Ajapa is a spiritual practice that has its own energy. Soham is one such spiritual practice that involves deep meditation. When it conjoins to the soul, a cyclic movement commences in a ceaseless manner that generates energy. With the help of this energy a spiritual seeker attains divine wisdom or soul wisdom. This wisdom is then utilized for world welfare.

 

The Hansa (swan) of Ajapa spiritual practices is Gayatri’s vehicle. When one worships it, one’s Viveka (discrimination) is activated. A person is called a Rajhansa (royal swan) when he imbibes sacred ideals in his thinking and activities. He then rises higher and is called Paramhansa (Supreme Swan). Gayatri’s Ajapa energy helps one attain this supreme divine state.

AN IMPORTANT PORTION OF ANANDACHARYA’S PROPHECIES AND PREDICTIONS

 

“Twenty four years before the 3^rd World War and 24 years after it ends, will be full of turbulence for India.  The preceding 24 years will see circumstances akin to those seen after Mahabharat war.  The latter 24 years will be like dawn before the sunrise of a New Era.  I will give up my body a few days after I see my motherland (India) attaining independence.  Other people will see the extraordinary changes taking place in India after it gains political freedom. “

 

“In my country religion will take up a congregational form so as to get re-awakened.  It will take birth as soon as freedom is achieved.  After 24 years in the year 1971 A.D. it will come into limelight as a powerful organization.  On the one hand a lot of changes will take place in world politics.  Within it Indian politics will be most active.  The above mentioned organization that will take on the onus of religious upliftment, will design a new map of world welfare during these times.  The founder and director of this organization will be a householder and will attain fame as the most outstanding thinker of all times.  He will design a behavioural ethics regarding an individual’s social responsibilities and how collectively all nations of the world can live peacefully.  If all his lifetime thoughts are written in a book, the book will weigh more than 100 pounds.  At that time people will ask in amazement as to what need do they have of such idealistic thinking in a material age?  But all the hardships faced after 1995 A.D. alongwith the world war, will give a new direction to materialism.  At that time these behavioural ethics, will be worshipped just like Bible and an angel.  Today people are immersed in achieving material goals but after 1995 A.D. people will think about God, soul, salvation and other spiritual principles.  That state of India before the Mahabharat war will progress further after this 3^rd world war and it will be controlled by this new spiritual organization.”

“At that time wealthy citizens of alien countries will vie with one another to send their children to India for higher studies. The importance given to Europe and America as far as higher studies is concerned will diminish a great deal.  An extraordinary rise will be seen, between the years 1975 A.D. to 1995 A.D., in the number of people learning Sanskrit language.  India’s Science too will be given utmost importance internationally.  India will make weapons with metals that have never been used before.  Air and space crafts will be designed without using metals and they will be capable of going far away in interstellar space and gaining important information regarding it.  Indian will not only be a leader as far as media coverage is concerned but will also advance leaps and bounds in other industries.  Thus India will not only be a world leader as far as spirituality is concerned but will also lead in the economical, industrial, social, political and scientific front, just as it did prior to the Mahabharat war.”

 

Shri Anandacharya left his mortal coil after the 2^nd world war when India gained political freedom.  Today his predictions have been proved correct.  None should be wonderstruck if the 3^rd world war sets in and that his other predictions post 1995 A.D. come true.
