There are many foundation stones of Mantra Science amongst which are included  its word intertwining and method of chant. Take the example of Super Mantra Gayatri. In its meaning the devotee prays for a  pious focused intellect from Almighty God. For this end there are a pile of  other Mantras in Vedic literature. In other languages many such poems have been  penned. If it was the case of only meaning no difference can be seen between  such poetry and Gayatri Mantra. From the stand of poetry writing Gayatri Mantra  is said to be faulty as far as its Cchand or meter is concerned. When 3 legs of  8 alphabets are penned a faultless Gayatri Cchand is created. Yet the well known  Gayatri Mantra has 23 alphabets. 24 alphabets come into play only via ‘pulling  and pushing’ ‘Nyam’ is chanted as ‘Niyam’. Creators of Gayatri Mantra definitely  must have known this error yet they gave importance only to the sound flow  emerging from word inter weaving and created it as is been read today.

Sound by itself is an energy fount. There was a time when it was used only to  unearth gross information yet today’s terrific modern scientific advancement has  proved it to be a very high stature form of energy. This task was fulfilled by Brahma deity that could have been executed  even by soul deity. There is a story in Indian Mythology called Puranas that  Brahma or creator many a times climbed up and down the stem of a lotus  manifesting from the navel of Lord Vishnu. REACTIONS OF SUNSPOTS THAT ARE MANIFESTING IN CONTEMPORARY TIMES

It can be said in this manner also that this pressure is 0.8 billion ton per square centimeter. Apart from this in the womb of the earth that light pressure noted is of the measure of 2 million ton per square centimeter.

What exactly are these sunspots? How are they related to planet earth? From the speed of light particles banging on earth it becomes clear that its reach is due to an explosion or lighting in the sun 18 to 24 hours previously. By conducting research using solar telescopes it has been noted that a minor brilliant hurricane like light arises. This manifests from a region which is a dark blob and in a few moments by taking on a gigantic shape measuring thousands of miles in diameter wherein extraordinary divinity is witnessed. It appears that fireworks are taking place in the sky. After a life span of half an hour it disappears but within this time span it sheds infinite amounts of X-rays, infrared rays, ultraviolet rays and cosmic rays. Till now modern scientists have not come to any decisive conclusion regarding this onrush of fiery flames. But it is looked upon as such a ‘window’ through which one can see and understand the cosmos that much more clearly.

At the time of solar explosions after detailed study of radiations emitted it has been understood that at that time light particles emitted are different and more piercing than ordinary light particles. For example as per a message got from an observatory situated on Climax Mountain in Colorado-USA an American ship called Colonial trapped those waves which instead of being ordinary ultraviolet rays were X-rays and that too they were so intense that wherever they must have exploded there the minimum temperature must have been 0.1 billion degree Centigrade. From the process of atomic explosion taking place on the sun that cosmic reaction that occurs affects planet earth in a subtle manner. Only its gross form has been captured by scientific technology yet even this is not less mind boggling. For example in July 1951 a gigantic brilliance of Chromo sphere of the sun (a large group of sunspots) was witnessed. At that very hour radio communication on earth became very weak and on 15-16 July radio communication between Central Europe and America got totally obstructed. Telegraph communication too snapped and other earth based communications too ended. Further in the deeper layers of the earth’s atmosphere at a height of 60-70 km atomic radiations made their entry as a result of which irregularity was seen in ionization process. Ceaseless cosmic radiations of cosmic rays that are offshoots of gigantic explosions taking place on the sun and move with the speed of light get transformed.

Streams of matter based particles coming from the sun to earth create changes in earth’s magnetic fields because at such times magnetic storms appear. Due to influences of these magnetic storms those electrical streams flowing on earth, metals especially wires, change according to their whims and fancies and they are rendered so intense that telegraph and telephones are badly affected. These magnetic storms appear again and again and its speed is highest on the Polar Region of earth. While traveling from the equator towards the Poles the activity of magnetic storms keep increasing. When magnetic storms manifest definitely one sees light on the Polar Regions. For example in January 1938 when once an intense Polar Light radiated which could be seen even in Crimea and Africa at that time a very swift magnetic storm too appeared which had almost engulfed entire earth.

One reason why magnetic storms and light on the Polar region manifest is that solar particles raining intensely on the earth’s atmosphere. It is known that the sun via its rays emits such particles that are electrical streams in nature which means via solar rays every living being on earth has an electrical bond with the sun. many experiments conducted with reference to this has proved that the stream of particles emitted by the sun which in effect is an electricity stream creates a magnetic field all around itself in empty regions. This region is rendered akin to an umbrella above the earth’s magnetic field. As a result magnetic storms tend to make their appearance.

The time cycle of solar explosions is generally 11 years and 1 month and 22 years and 2 months. As a result according to this cycle so many upheavals take place in the earth’s atmosphere. This time cycle has been noted in other creatures and trees too. Every 9.5 years such inner frenzy is noted in salmon fish that they run and jump into the fisherman’s net and die a sad death. The bark of certain trees becomes thicker during such time cycles than seen in ordinary situations.

Life on earth has a strong relationship with the solar system. This fact has been accepted right since ancient times. At the time of irrigation in Egypt a festival is celebrated. This is that very day when in the month of July sudden intense flooding is seen in River Nile. After long time research studies it has been noted that this flooding occurs on that very day when at hour of sunrise the Hunter Star is seen. This means that this change seen in Nile is in some way conjoined to the life of Hunter Star. These inter planetary changes not only affect our individual lives but it affects the macrocosm too. Historical studies right since the 18^th century till today make it clear that important historical revolutions, bloodshed, violent agitations and other horrific incidences have taken place at the time of downpour of sunspots. In the year 1789 the famous historical revolution took place in France that not only ushered in new times for France but that it did so for the entire world. INVOKING DEMIGODS OR SUPER DIVINE POWERS VIA YAJNAS

While elucidating the deep import of Yajnas scriptural authors say they are very effective methods of creating a bond of cooperation between human beings and demigods. To achieve success in any endeavor mere hard labor is just not enough. Further neither can mere divine powers do the needful. This is because endeavors of welfare need help of both in ample measure.

 

The above mystery has been dealt with by Lord Krishna in the Bhagwad Geeta (3/10-12) as follows:

Prajaapati Brahmaa at the beginning of the Kalpa after creating Yajna Samhitaa Prajaa said to them-With the help of this Yajna may you propagate and it will also fulfill all your desires. Via this Yajna you must augment demigods and they in turn will help you advance both materially and spiritually. In this manner looking upon it as your righteous duty you will mutually advance one another which in turn will give you supreme fulfillment. Demigods who augment via your Yajnas will unasked bless you with wholesome materials and comforts.

 

Another scriptural verse says:

Offer all your life span, vital force, sense organs, mind, soul etc to Yajnas. In this Mantra world humanity is commanded to offer their all nay their very being to Yajnas.

 

Just as mankind is inspired to alertly persevere so as to create a bond with demigods so too demigods too are given commands as follows:

O demigods! Your self and Yajmaanas (human Yajna doers) must sit close together and perform Yajnas cooperatively.

 

Man can benefit only if he establishes a bond with demigods, cooperate with them and augment them. This is because demigods satiated and nourished via Yajnas bestow on mankind innumerable means of joy and appropriate opportunities.

 

Maharshi Angiraas says:

Man can attain power, joy and other means of comfort by performing great Yajna acts which in turn appease demigods.

 

A pertinent question asked is who exactly are demigods? Where do they dwell? What type of relationship do we share with them? Why are they satiated via Yajnas? How do Yajnas nourish them? How can mankind attain their help/cooperation? What type of powers do demigods possess in order that they benefit world humanity? Why is it that without Yajnas, demigods fail to help world denizens? All these questions must be pondered over deeply so that the above mentioned observations can be understood fully well.

The gross meaning of demigods is great men, realized souls, true saints etc who ‘give’. Yajna hence means giving full cooperation to such great saints and helping their powers and missionary activities. Such great souls are worshipped by augmenting their sacred sentiments, creating an atmosphere of sacredness and via other paths helping attain success in their mission. Devotion/meditation means building a close inner bond with them and thus attaining benefits which in turn is also true worship offered at their hallowed feet. Assuming that we have no faith in great saintly personages or in their activities, if we do not cooperate with them or walk in their footsteps , we refuse to live as per discipline designed by them we will never attain their services even if they desire to do so. In such cases absolutely no benefits accrue to us. Hence it is most required that both create a bond of mutual affection, cooperation and good will. Yajna hence is nothing but creating this bond of oneness and unity. With a true resolve and for a great goal when 2 people unite there 1+1 is not equal to 2 but is equal to 11. Their united potency becomes 11 fold and not 2 fold. This augmented power gives unlimited gains to both persons. This then is the definition of ‘worldly demigod worship of a gross Yajna’.

 

The other set of demigods are those which are subtle and invisible. They are God’s various types of subtle divine powers. On the one hand Almighty God is one only and yet his qualities and areas of activity are manifold. These then are called demigods. In the same way within the deep recesses of Mother Nature (Prakriti) there are many powers/forces/energies which help in creation, propagation and annihilation of this cosmos. These too are called demigods. There are influencing radiations emitted by various stars, planets and galaxies. These too are called demigods. The sun’s rays have 7 colors and rays of various qualities like ultraviolet, alpha, beta, gamma and X rays which are also demigods.

 

In Indian scriptures 33 Koti demigods have been spoken of. Their 33 types are thus: 8 Vasus, 11 Rudras, 12 Aadityas, 1 Ashwini Kumaaras, 1 Pooshaa. These divine powers create changes, turmoil, uplifting in the atmosphere of the world. Demigods are 33 type, Pitrus 8 type, Asuras 99 type, Gandharvas 27 type, Pawan 49 type etc. This is not a matter of astonishment, curiosity or distrust. This research in fact is India’s ancient subtle science based on studies undertaken for very long time spans. There was a time when Indians knew these forces quite well and by benefiting from them they had mastered nature/Prakriti. It is said that demigods were imprisoned by the demon Raavana. He had gained victory over demigods which in reality meant he had unearthed these subtle forces so as to utilize, control, direct, invoke and bid adieu to them as per his needs. So symbolically speaking this is called ‘imprisoning demigods’.

 

In the days of yore, man journeyed to and fro to other planets, galaxies and so on. Many great Sidhas then had attained 8 Sidhis and 9 Nidhis which means they could make their bodies invisible or atomic in size, they could spread their bodily form gigantically in space, they could walk on water, they could travel by air in their bodies etc. All these amazing feats were performed using forces of subtle nature which we term as demigods. Every subtle power/force/energy in Spiritual Science is called demigod. The 5 elements too are demigods viz. water is Varuna Deva, heat is Agni Deva, wind is Vaayu Deva, earth is Gauri Devi and space is Indra Deva. In the same way many powers working in the deep cave of this world are also called demigods.

 

Invisible powers have 2 categories viz. conscious and active. Active powers are associated with material nature and conscious is associated with divinity. For example the gross form of Agni or fire is the ball called sun. Material scientists tend to look upon the sun as simply a ball of fire or a rotating/revolving planet. As against this according to Spiritual Sciences apart from its gross form the sun also possesses conscious vital force/Prana. It takes inspiration from God and is God incarnate. Apart from possessing a gross form the subtle form of water, wind and fire gods have a conscious soul and is related to God or divine cosmic consciousness. Just as the human body functions as per directions of conscious vital force present within it so too the visible functions of demigods are executed as per directions of its inner consciousness. When a bond is established with that inner soul consciousness the activities of inducing movement and obstruction of water, wind etc ensue. If Indra’s divine center is appeased by us via devotion/meditation man can induce rainfall as and when he so wishes. Bhagiratha of ancient era brought down River Ganges on planet earth by appeasing Ganges’ divine soul and as per desired direction of flow this river headed towards the ocean. In ancient time it was in this manner that people pleased other demigods too for attaining desired gains.

 

Ganesha, Saraswati, Lakshmi. Kali, Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh, Pooshaa, Ashwini Kumara, Kshetrapaal, Bhairava, Yogini and other demigods too are as mentioned above. These powers influence mankind in a varied manner. When the state of demigods and the bodily and mental state of man, focus at one point, a strong bond is forged between both of them. In spiritual parlance this connotes pleasing demigods or mastering them. In other words we can say that via certain spiritual practices the bodily parts, Chakras, subtle nerves, subtle glands and Brahmarandhra’s magnetic center are awakened in such a way that they can attract akin to a magnetic pull, desired forces/powers from this gigantic cosmos. This spiritual practice is called devotion to God or meditation. When such devotion to God or meditation succeeds it satiates a devotee with desired great fruits. The material scientists of Occident while designing scientific technology are pleasing the ‘marriage procession’ of Rudra demigod. Our ancestors via activities like soul practices, austerities, Mantras, Yoga, Yajna etc established a strong bond with the subtle soul of divine principles and gained innumerable benefits from their great energies.

 

Divine Powers’ definition is virtually a widespread science that includes its characteristics, benefits attained via close proximity to them, its for, the mystery of their ‘vehicles’, the differences as far as the methods of their spiritual practice, obstacles in the way of spiritual practices, mystery of successfully attaining them etc. In this context it is not possible to describe it in detail and it is enough to say that via Yajnas demigods are pleased with relative ease. In Yajnas certain Mantras are chanted and it has a deep relationship with the above mentioned observations.

 

Vedic Mantras have been interwoven so extraordinarily and scientifically that if methodically it is chanted aptly special vibrations fill up in space. For special goals and endeavors specific Mantras are chanted as a result of which a sound vibration manifests. These then awaken divine centers of the aspirant’s body and in turn this attracts divine powers of the cosmos towards itself. Just as in the cosmos all Divine Powers reside in the same way in the microcosm (human body) its special centers are designed. Mantras are called Divine Sound and its energy is called thunderbolt or divine weapon too. This energy manifests due to Mantra chanting and the bodily and cosmic powers create a strong bond in a mutual fashion. They ‘embrace’ each other and thus close proximity and relationship is established between them. A great power exists that creates a bond between a Yajna devotee and demigods/divinity. A gross viewpoint tells us that that prayer to God dwells in Mantras and some teachings too exist in them. These do not appear to be of very great importance. This prayer can take place using prose or poetry and not merely using Mantras. For example the sun in its gross aspect is a ball of blazing fire but subtly is Savita or divine soul. So too Mantras in their gross form are teaching oriented prayers but subtly are very important powerful mediums that help human life contact extremely Divine Powers of the cosmos. Mantra power is supremely great and hence the great Indian Saint Tulsidaasji too has eulogized it.

 

Mantras are Shabda Brahman or Divine Sounds. The stupendous potency of this sound was very much known to great Rishis of yore. They unfolded the movements of fast moving sound vibrations of the cosmos in a scientific manner which then manifested as Mantras. Word sound is a live existence which per second travels thousands of miles. Modern Science built missiles by unearthing electrical flow that is constantly on the move in interstellar space’s divine principle. With a flick of a button, missiles run miles upwards in space and like an arrow of sound land exactly at that place where it is programmed to do so. This missile technology freely travels in space motivated by cosmic electrical flow. As per the programming of the missile programmer missiles like obedient officials move speedily according to directions based on speed, direction and length of journey. Mantras can be called ‘Spiritual Missiles’.

 

Mantras are designed on the basis of sound based scientific laws. Today Western scientists have yet not unfolded the mystery of which electrical flow is created of which type by placing which word one after another. And yet all this was known to seers/sages of yore. By placing words in a certain orderly fashion certain parts of the mouth in a certain order start moving. As a result of this our body’s brain nerves, Chakras, centers, endocrine gland network and subtle nerves get excited. The turmoil created by the reaction and counter reaction of such movements produces a special electrical flow in space. This electrical flow can be ‘transported’ to desired regions, just like missile technology. Modern scientists have created such an apparatus that travels to the moon. Mantras too are designed such that it can travel to various planets and worlds with ease. Their reach includes demigods, subtle divine worlds and divine energies.

 

Mantra power can be demonstrated by even small time Tantriks in the form of lowly stature ‘miracles’ which include Maaran (killing someone), Mohan (delude someone), Ucchaatan (incite thoughts or sexual passion in the psyche of others), Vasheekaran (hypnotize someone so that he/she obeys all your commands, Stamban (making inert another’s powers) etc. Those who are serious Yoga aspirants their Mantra helps attain 8 Sidhis and 9 Nidhis. They ‘control’ virtually every aspect of Mother Nature/Prakriti. Nature’s laws never obstruct their endeavors and hence they carry out acts which are beyond the ken of nature’s laws. In fact they seem to be against nature’s laws and impossible to execute. There was a time in the ancient land of India wherein the science of mastering scriptures and Yantras was known to even laymen. Great Rishis had succeeded in attaining the supreme spiritual state via Mantra energy and also the method of man or soul become God/cosmic soul. It will indeed be erroneous on our part today to look down upon Mantra energy and mocking it. We must deeply understand that it is a very influential science. Today this science may well be in a demeaned state yet there was a time in days of yore when it had reached great pinnacles of glory. We must hence aspire and hope that its lost glory will be reinstated fully in the near future. Word power is extremely potent. And hence the manner in which words have been interwoven scientifically in Vedas is verily beyond the ken of the human intellect. If only we understand fully the deep import and mystery of these sacred words, act in accordance with their profound teachings or that we unearth the hidden science and energy embedded in them know for sure these mantras will be akin to Kaamadhenu or the proverbial wish fulfilling cow. Maharshi Patanjali while endorsing this says (Mahaabhaashya):

If after understanding totally, even one word of Shrutis, we translate it into action verily this one word will become a Kaamadhenu that will give us heavenly joy.

THE SUBTLE WORLD IN THE FORM OF PRAKRITI (MATERIAL NATURE) AND PURUSHA (GOD)

 

Ordinarily the world appears to be as big as per the experience of our sense organs. Only that perceived by the 5 sense organs are thought to be the be all and end all of this otherwise gigantic world. We thus contact only a very minor portion of the world. We therefore look after and manage this tiny world. And yet the world is not that tiny as experienced by our gross and limited understanding.

 

The body is directly perceived by our eyes etc. Hence we utilize all our energy, time and wealth to look after its needs. The conscious aspect of our mind and intellect is invisible and subtle and thus no thought is given to its needs. This attitude can be called ‘showing disrespect to the invisible’. On a daily basis we use water, air for breathing etc and yet we never pay heed to their chemical and germ content so as to know whether they are useful or harmful.

 

When we gaze at the sky we see stars, sun, moon, clouds etc. and yet we are unaware that a flow of infinite energy founts of life based principles exist in them. This observation can be understood only by specialists who have a sharp focused intellect. Those laymen with limited intellectual capacity fail to understand it. The oxygen present in the wind flowing in space is responsible for life existing on earth. If even for a few minutes the oxygen levels in wind decrease all of us will gasp for life. Our life is dependent on food and water too and yet their roots lie in the vast space perceived as blue sky by all of us.

 

Radio waves, UV rays, X-rays, alpha/beta ray etc rule in interstellar space. They carry out their respected tasks in the ocean of the cosmos. Our planet Earth sustains various life forms like plants, birds, humans etc simply because it lies at an apt distance from the sun. Meaning the temperature of solar rays entering Earth are conducive for various creatures to exist. If Earth were to lie very close to the sun it would burn like a fire ball (Mercury planet) and if it were to lie further away from the sun it would become a freezing ball of ice (like Pluto). Hence whatever exists on our planet is due to the blessings of interstellar space and its entities.

 

It is not only the sun but other entities of the cosmos too who gift us many vital things required to sustain life on Earth. The onus lies on the North and South Pole to maintain a balanced relationship between the Earth and the sun. All desirable and undesirable things first reach the North Pole from space and after these things are sieved by the North Pole unwanted material reaches the South Pole which evicts them back into interstellar space. In this manner a give and take of materials of space takes place all the time. There are many who say that life is not a creation of planet Earth. They feel that by chance Earth which was a portion of another advanced planet in space broke away from it and exists in its present form as seen by us all today. On this basis man is called a ‘straying demigod’.

 

So far we spoke of the inert life of material nature. Apart from this there exists a conscious aspect of the cosmos which is infinitely more important and priceless when compared to this material world of animate and inanimate beings. The human body may be very beautiful and exquisite to look at and yet if its psyche which is conscious in nature were to desert it, the body would rot like a mass of dirt. When human beings become unconscious or go into coma the physical body becomes listless and inert like. When a person dies we all are in a hurry to dispose off the foul smelling corpse despite the fact that just a few minutes back that person was so dear to us. Bacteria, germs, vultures etc make a yummy meal of this corpse. Hence we either burn the dead body or bury it in burial grounds. Although it seems as though the hands work, legs move etc in reality it is the body’s vital force (Prana Shakti) that is responsible for all bodily movements. Although the body rots on dying the soul within is never destroyed and hence it is called immortal. Hence it is our soul which is conscious in nature that is important and priceless.

 

Material science has time and again tried to unfold the secrets of the subtle world which is strongly related to the gross material world of names and forms. To a certain extent they have tasted success in the form of the invention of television, radio etc. X-rays, lasers etc are made use of today extensively and satellites are being used in the functioning of TV, mobile phones etc. Most definitely a time will come when modern science will imbibe the art of controlling cloud, wind etc movements and that solar energy would provide all energy requirements of world humanity in abundance. Further there is a great possibility that cities will be built in interstellar space and that various planets and satellites will build a relationship of give and take for mutual benefit.

 

And yet the subtle world of consciousness is more vast and powerful than all the attainments of the material world put together. This topic is related to the individual soul and Almighty God. The soul is micro and God is macro. The soul is a drop of an ocean and God is the mighty ocean itself. Both of them are related to one another like an atom and the solar system. Both have relationship of give and take along with an attitude of cooperation. All this takes place on the basis of certain well defined cosmic laws and it is followed explicitly by every atom and their sub units. Cosmic consciousness is called God by the layman. Individual souls are part and parcel of cosmic consciousness and possess all the divine powers present in the latter. And yet their gross relationship is never perceived by us all. Externally the state of individual souls and Almighty God appear to be very different. And yet at the subtle level, invisible to the gross eye, they maintain a light bond. If via spiritual practices this faint bond is made intense and eternal the give and take between God and the individual soul will get a strong foothold. Rishis are those great souls who have succeeded in merging their individual soul with the cosmic soul (God) and hence they become instruments that manifest divine powers and glories (Ridhi-Sidhi). When we desire that divinity manifests in mankind we mean that divine powers should manifest in abundance in the human body.

 

Indian scriptures proclaim that living beings incarnate in 84 lakh species. This incarnation takes place at the level of the individual soul in the subtle world and is called Parloka or the other world. The law of Karma (actions) works in this arena. Between the stages of death and rebirth creatures roam in their subtle bodies in this area called heaven and hell based on the results of each creature’s past actions. The gigantic waves of divine powers rise high in this vast ocean of cosmic consciousness and they control/direct/nourish all living beings. These divine powers manifest as Brahma (creator), Vishnu (propagator) and Mahesh (destroyer).

 

A sage full of austerities attains the potential of attracting these divine powers from the ocean of consciousness as per his requirements. These divine powers are called Ridhi-Sidhi too. THE SCIENTIFIC BASIS OF SUPER MANTRA GAYATRI

Almighty God possesses infinite energies. Some of these are conducive for us and others work against us. God has created lions, tigers etc and cows and horses too. In this world no doubt lions and tigers are useful but for mankind they are dangerous. Amongst hundreds of species of birds/animals the cow reigns supreme from the utility value standpoint. God has created trees, herbs too but many of them are poisonous, thorny etc that prove to be dire for us. Fruits, grains, flowers, herbs etc no doubt are useful for world humans and with due caution they are grown and used.

Amongst innumerable invisible divine powers of God many are such that are not useful for us. Such forces include earthquakes, lightning, explosions, wars, epidemics, famine, flooding, fire, infernos, destruction etc and although they appear to be useful to the world in general yet for man these are sources of harassment and strife. For human beings only those divine energies are useful which augment their joy and peace. The sun too is an infinite vault of various forces. Heat, cold, wind, ether, electricity, atoms, germs, radio waves despite being invisible to our eyes yet exist something similar to the visible. When death occurs the soul leaves the body yet in its invisible form it continues to exist.

God possesses many invisible energy streams which have been witnessed and understood by scientific teachers of Yoga and Spiritual Science via their subtle divine vision. And on the basis the basis of characteristics they have been named. They are also called demigods. Just amongst animals the cow, Ganga amongst rivers and Tulsi leaves amongst herbs is especially beneficial to us so too amongst hidden divine powers of God Super Energy Gayatri is most useful for the human species. Gayatri is that wisdom based invisible consciousness which predominates with sacredness, peace and bliss. Gayatri is called Tripada or 3 legged. ‘Hrim’ means wisdom, intellect, discrimination, love, self control and pious behavior. ‘Shrim’ means wealth, grandeur, status, position, sense enjoyment and glory. ‘Klim’ means health, strength, daring, enterprise, effort and aura. Thus Gayatri is a 3 fold divine energy possessing these 3 special characteristics. Since all these 3 principles are very useful and most required by mankind, hence Rishis proclaimed Gayatri worship/meditation to be such a needed daily chore which is comparable to our ceaseless breathing, eating food, drinking water, passing stools and urine and going to sleep daily. Via these functions the body gets protection and grows aptly. Similarly due to Gayatri Meditation soul power is protected and undergoes augmenting too.

If our body is well nourished, full of strength, alert, healthy and powerful then in return for this bodily might many benefits can accrue. Bodily strength gives us benefits like trampling vile enemies, earning lots of wealth via hard work, traveling to far off places, getting protection from diseases, living a long life, attaining beauty and handsomeness, enjoying a lot of sense pleasures, living independently devoid of outside help etc. How important are these benefits? This can be gauged by one who is faced by ill health and who daily as a result gets attacked by bodily pain, worry, losses, failure, ill fated despair and sorrow. Soul force is even more potent than bodily strength and the former’s benefits are unlimited. All joys-sorrows in human life encompass those that are mental (3/4^th) and physical (1/4^th). Joys pertaining to women, son, friend, strength, fame, status, position, leadership, grandeur etc are mental in nature. The body does not accrue any visible benefits from all these. In the same way sorrow pertaining to strife, separation, loss, fear, worry, desire, insult, defeat, failure etc too are mental in form. Despite the body being fit and healthy these diseases can remain in the mind. Since soul strength augments mental joys augment and sorrow decreases. As a result a person who augments soul power via Gayatri practices after easily getting liberated from sorrow heads fast towards joy and peace.

With the help of gross things other gross objects can be caught. Everyone knows that we can catch hold of a pen with our hands, wear shoes using our feet, picking fiery coal with tongs and buying materials with cash but yet very few people know how, via what can invisible powers/energies be ‘caught’ and be made use of appropriately for our benefit. Well before scientific discoveries and inventions were made, powers like electricity, steam, gas, atom already existed yet previous to this people were unaware how to tap them and make apt use of it. Thus at that time no benefits accrued. It is not as though scientists have created new energies. In fact they have only discovered and invented ways of benefitting from them. The result is that because of these scientific discoveries and inventions the entire world gets benefits today. Great Rishis saw that subtle energies belong to that class which is the class of our soul. Hence the soul itself must be molded in a particular situation that is conducive for these divine energies. In this manner since between them a mutual bond of magnetic attraction gets created ‘catching’ or imbibing is possible. For thousands of years innumerable Rishi-scientists in the field of Soul Sciences along with intense efforts and austerities continued researching regarding this and ultimately they tasted sweet success. They unearthed those methods on the basis of which our inner existence is molded with such capabilities and specialties that if we wish to create a bond with a particular divine energy one becomes at first compatible with it so that via our magnetism we can catch and imbibe it. Hard wax can never mix with oil but if this wax is melted using fire, it shall immediately mix with oil. In the same way divine subtle energies ordinarily are not attained by everybody yet if via spiritual practices/penance the inner psyche and soul are ‘melted’ this divine energy can be imbibed. This methodology and technique in spiritual terminology is called Sadhana or spiritual practice.

DUE TO TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE A POSSIBILITY OF WORLDWIDE UPHEAVALS TAKING PLACE

It is well known that at the time of solar and lunar eclipse obstructions are noted in principles related to planet earth and cycle of flow. Due to this obstruction ordinary activities perceive a change in themselves. As a result of this it is but natural that differences are noted as far as reactions and situations are concerned. Right since time immemorial influences of eclipses have been perceived and with reference to them there are very strange beliefs too in vogue. Amongst these some are symbolic, some real and some useless. Amongst symbolic presentations of ancient times such mysterious realities are unfolded which are very near truth. The effects of eclipses are extraordinary. In these beliefs there are no illusions. The influence of the sun is more and hence solar eclipses create more havoc on planet earth. Due to this scattering havoc not only unnatural but undesired changes take place. Hence eclipses especially solar ones are said to be subjects of a lot of worry.

An honest effort to conduct research on solar eclipses commenced during the solar eclipse of 1851. From the eastern island of Spain 2 astrologers Saini and Warren took its pictures and unfolded what was the state of solar eclipse. After this with the help of new scientific apparatus the scientist Johnson took pictures of solar eclipse in Malaya’s island on 18^th August 1868. In 1870 Siruli took even more clear pictures. From this it was understood that on this occasion some brilliant lines are being seen on the sun and surrounding it is a special type of light aura. In the year 1871 a new type of telescope was designed which gave new information regarding gas streams and color zone. At the time of total solar eclipse the depth of this color zone was measured as 15000 km. from this extraordinary red sparks were emitted. On 17^th May 1882 a solar eclipse was seen in Egypt wherein a brilliant nebulous (tail like) star was noted. On 22^nd January 1898 during the solar eclipse witnessed a red flame jumping forth was recorded by British scientists. Partial eclipses no doubt keep occurring regularly but that information is not attained from it which is otherwise got from total eclipses. The solar eclipse that took place on 30^th June 1954 was seen in Baltic Sea and in 12^th June 1958 it was seen in the Pacific Ocean. On this occasion in Dazer island a special observatory was set up wherein a a result it was found that during the eclipse period ultraviolet light decreases but that X-rays remain the same in measure.

Right since the 8 years between 1980 to 1988, a chain of solar eclipses took place that can be called extraordinary. In this time period 13 solar eclipses occurred. Amongst these 6 were total, 5 were partial and 2 were of bangle (ring) shape.

Amongst total solar eclipses the one on 16^th February 1980 was seen in Africa and India. On 31^st July 1981 it was seen in USSR. On 11^th June 1983 it was seen in the Indian Ocean. On 23^rd November 1984 it was seen in south Pacific in New Guinea. On 12^th November in 1985 it was seen in Antarctica, south Pacific and on 18^th March 1985 it was seen in Pacific, Sumatra and Bornia. In other places it was seen in the form of a partial solar eclipse.

At the time of eclipse such important research is possible which is not successful at other times. In the year 1968 scientists called Larkier and Johnson at the time of a solar eclipse performed research studies so as to find out the presence of helium gas in the color zone (chromo sphere) of the sun. Einstein’s theory too was proved correct during research done on the solar eclipse which propounded that light appeared due to gravitational force of other interstellar space masses. At the time of solar eclipse not only does the speed of light weaken but that its characteristics too change. Animals/birds experience discomfort. Their eating/sleeping habits turn haywire. Birds rush towards their nests. Blooming flowers start closing their petals. The temperatures dip so much that dew is noted. Suddenly the atmosphere becomes cold and amazing changes are experienced in the weather. Light is seen akin to pearls swimming by. As soon as the eclipse commences generally 15 minutes beforehand sunlight pales. During the eclipse of 16^th February 1980 the sun was on the peripheral lines of Capricorn and Aquarius Zodiac Signs. Hence at that time the planets Mercury and Venus were clearly seen shining in the sky. Bhadrapad, Uttar Bhadrapad, Punarvasu, Prashwa and Vyadh Nigrahas too were seen.

A total solar eclipse similar to those days was seen on 22^nd January 1898 in India. A description of an incident taking place 82 years previously was given by researchers of Vijay Durg (Maharasthra). At that time the chariot wheel of the sun was seen rushing swiftly to the west and with more speed it latched on to the ball of moon. Terrible darkness engulfed the sky and the sun set. Two large and three small spots were seen. The eclipse was red in color. Some sort of moonshine was noted. Stars were blinking in the darkened sky. Amongst this Mars planet was seen clearly. On the horizon initially a brownish aura was seen and later it changed to light purple and golden hue. The speed with which the eclipse commenced, in the same speed it ended too.

The information unearthed regarding the designing, heat and pressure of the sun’s corona and chromo sphere during an eclipse cannot be fathomed at other times. On such occasions scientists give us information regarding emission of radio waves, changes in the earth’s Ionosphere and influence of geo magnetism amongst other scientific data unfolded by them.

Hyderabad’s (India) Center for Advanced Studies in Astronomy analyzed the polarized color designing of corona via changes seen in interplanetary waves. They found out that to what extent and in what way waterborne and sky based creatures get affected by solar eclipses. This topic of research is now called ‘Chrono Biology’.

According to Indian Institute of Astrophysics from a special region in 50 years 40 lunar eclipses and 20 partial solar eclipses can be witnessed. Yet the opportunity of seeing a total solar eclipse comes only once in 360 years. In comparison to lunar eclipses the ratio of solar eclipses is 3:2. The path of eclipse does not spread out on entire earth and that its spreading is only up to 262 km.

After 223 lunar months or 6545 days, every time the sun and moon return to such states that the eclipse cycle again repeats itself as it did previously. On this basis after understanding that the eclipse program is of 18 years and 10 days for a long time span the prophecies of eclipse occurrences in future are made. Despite this due to the rarity of lunar path there could be changes even if it is predicted that the eclipse shall take place in a particular place and in a particular form.

In the year 16^th February 1980 in India special arrangements were made to study a solar eclipse. For this purpose many small (60) and big (20) observatories were set up in regions like Karnataka, Orissa and Andhra Pradesh. From many observatories balloons were set flying and at that time changes in the sky were to be noted. Andhra Pradesh Film Institute has made such movies on this which tells us how creatures and various materials are affected by the solar eclipse.

Indian Institute of Astrophysics had built a huge 21 meter high iron dais in Raipur district’s Jwalakante village (India). On it they placed invaluable technology like selostat rectograph. With its help during the occasion of eclipse they took important photographs that gave scientific data regarding the Chromo sphere and aura of the sun.

As per common knowledge the science of solar eclipse is very complex and astounding. Geography students know that the diameter of the sun is 864000 miles and that of the moon is merely 2160 miles. It means that 400 moons can fit into a single sun. on an average the distance between our earth and the sun is 92957200 miles. The average distance between earth and moon is 238840 miles. This too means that if we travel to the sun after resting at a distance akin to the distance between earth and moon then we shall take rest 400 times before actually reaching the sun. Under such circumstances despite the moon coming in between earth and sun, the moon’s shadow can never completely cover and hide the sun. And yet total solar eclipses are definitely witnessed. The reason for this wonder is the fact that the moon is much closer to earth. Ere it was to be farther than it is today then the moon’s shadow could have hidden only a portion of the sun.

The total eclipse was of only 2 minutes and 50 seconds. It commenced at 12 hours 42 minutes in the central region of South Africa at a distance of 2500 km from Atlantic Ocean. After this on passing by Congo, Zaire, Tanzania and Kenya, it passed by the Arabian Sea so as to reach the eastern shores of Africa. In this region it was seen for 4 minutes and 12 seconds. On earth this was the biggest time span of the witnessing of the eclipse. After passing by regions in India like Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa and Mizoram it headed for Bay of Bengal. After passing over Bangladesh and Burma it ultimately ended 100km away from Chung Kin town of China. If this eclipse is conjoined to various countries then their names to be included shall be African continent, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Burma, Malaya, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, China, Mongolia and Soviet Union. This amazing sight was not seen by other countries. The strip of total eclipse was spread out in a periphery of 115 to 130 km. At other places, it was seen as partial eclipse.

On the equator the speed with which the earth rotates is 1700 km/hour from west to east. As against this that of the moon whose shadow cuts earth is 3430 km/hour. By keeping in mind this disparity if we wish to see this eclipse for a longer time period from earth the normal period can be increased from 6 minutes to 80 minutes. On noting the speed of supersonic jets researchers seated in it can increase their research time span of an eclipse to this extent. Regarding this efforts have been made because time period available at the moment is very less if we wish to know various upheavals taking place in interstellar space.

The temperature of the gaseous layer of the aura of the sun spread around it is 1 million degree Centigrade whereas that of the ground of sun is merely 6000 degrees Centigrade. What is the cause of this wondrous difference? In order to answer this question a bit easily special situations witnessed on the sun during solar eclipses can give us the clue.

In Konark’s Sun Temple (India) the central line of eclipse is seen hence keeping in mind that it is more conducive to conduct research there a large band of scientists reached there. Seven hundred years previously this Sun Temple was built in such a place where the effects of solar eclipse is clearer and can be seen for a longer time period. In order to study the aforementioned solar eclipse in various centers of India about 1000 researchers from all over the world arrived there. These research scientists in order to study the various reactions of solar eclipse in their varied research fields used very expensive precious technology and scientific apparatus for the same.

Both leading astrologers and scientists the world over agree in one voice that due to eclipses certain interstellar radiations are emitted which influence humans and materials in an undesirable manner. Hence warnings are given not to eat food during the phase of eclipse, not to see the eclipse with open eyes and pregnant women along with other patients and weak people should remain indoors. Thus we are warned not to come in direct contact with such harmful radiations. From this it is proved that the effect of eclipses is harmful in some manner or the other.

Although solar eclipses take place each year not all of them are total. Along with this they are not seen in one region again and again. If one desires to see a total solar eclipse taking place in the same region once again one will have to wait for 360 years. Even this time in India it is being seen in the very same form for the same time period after a number of years.

In the past whenever such solar eclipses have occurred one has seen only its malefic influence. Even if this time the same happens we must realize that by surmising today’s process of transformation it will destroy all prevalent undesirable elements. Behind every mode of destruction a possibility of progress looms large and it is this that sets rolling in world balance. On this basis one result of this solar eclipse that shall be of a long time period will manifest a manifold increase in great wholesome activities the world over. In this manner we can say that this entire process has both auspicious and inauspicious reactions. In a gist this must be looked upon as an aide and helper for Era Transformation.

According to a leading space scientist Dr Srivastav the gaseous layer present in the atmosphere which protects earth from heinous solar radiations has decreased by 10%. As a result of this at the time of eclipse more destructible effects are noted on planet earth.
